~Jason's PoV~

I slowly opened my eyes and tried to shield them from the bright light source, but I couldn't move my hands. Alarmed, I tried to sit up strait but discovered that my wrist and ankles were strapped down. I turned my head from left to right, trying to figure out where I was. Suddenly the scenery became too familiar to me...the glass pane room with white walls and alcoholic smell were too similar to those of t-the...

"Welcome back, boy." The doctor said with glee.

"I should've killed you while I had the chance, people like you deserve to rot." I hissed.

He simply laughed. "Ah, having a hard time telling reality from hallucinations, Jason?"

My stomach dropped into the void when I heard him laugh yet again. What did he mean hallucinations? That was all real, no white coat could create a false reality in my head, their too stupid! Still, the idea of all the people I meet being nothing but thoughts, scared me.

"Barbra, sedate him and then throw him back into his cell. We can't afford any more loss after what happened on Thursday." The doctor ordered. He turned to me one last time and grinned as if he accomplished a life long dream. "See you around, Jason."

"Don't call me that."

He stopped at the door. "I'm sorry, did I hear you respond?"

"Don't. Call. Me. That."

The doctor stepped closer to the glass pane. "Barbra, may I have the syringe?" She handed him the needle and opened the door to my room. "What was that again, Jason?"

"Stop calling me that!"

He smiled down at me and stabbed the needle into my right arm, chuckling slightly at my cry of pain. I struggled to even budge against the restraints as my vision began to blur.

"Don't you ever talk back to me again, Jason." The doctor muttered slowly as I blacked out.

Ever since I was first taken by the facility, I always wondered to myself; why? Why do the scientists experiment on kids? If we were their own offspring, would they inject chemicals into us, "for the better of science"? The only one I could talk to before the whole Wither thing was a boy named Tyler. His nickname was LogDotZip, mainly because we made it up during a game of "I Spy". He use to tell me of his escape plans and wishes for the future once he got out. Although, he never got the chance to see the outside world again...he was one of the last 5th generation experiments that was labeled as a failure after an accident. Since then, it's been me. And the doctor, who disgusts me. Not only does he annoy me by calling me by my name, but he haunts my memories because he was the one who pulled the trigger on Tyler.

--

My eyes opened easily this time, the light was dim and I was alone. I stood up and walked around my cell, at least they gave me two blankets, it was freezing.

I climbed up my bunk bed and stood on my toes on the top bunk to peek outside. The ground once covered in green was now littered with millions of snowflakes. What happened to the sun that was radiating heat yesterday?

Wait a minute.

~~flashback~~

"It might rain tomorrow, great." Sky muttered. "Squids might spawn in the puddles."

"At least there's not four feet of snow at your front door like the others in the north." Ty pointed out. "Then again, they get to stay out of school."

I shifted positions on the couch and glanced at Sky. "What's with you and squids anyways? They're a useless mob that someone manage to spawn in one source blocks of water."

He sighed and flopped down onto the couch. "We have history I'd rather forget about."

"Just be glad we're not in the north then Sky, they'd be breaking the ice under your feet and biting your ankles every step you take." Ty sighed.

"Seriously, they're useless water mobs that provide nothing but ink." I murmured.

Adam grabbed my ankle and pulled me towards him. "If I was a squid, you'd be dead by now."

I sighed and pulled my foot back. "You're weird Adam, I hope you know that."

"And you're not? Last time I checked we all escaped a place where they experimented on kids, I would say we're the most normal people in all of Minecraftia." Adam laughed.

~~flashback over~~

No way can the weather change that fast in the south, I'm in the North. They moved me, but why?

~Jerome's PoV~

"Hey Ty, where's Jason?" I asked once I arrived home. "Come to think about it, I haven't seen Seto or Mitch either. We we're suppose to meet at the football field."

"They're not with you?" Ty asked. He ran down the stairs with a panicked expression. "What about Sky?"

"Haven't seen him, last time I did was during lunch."

Ty gripped the beams of the stairs and began to shake. "J-Jerome I was hoping I was wrong...but I think I heard Seto earlier today."

"What? What'd he say?"

"He mentioned something about Sky being corrupted and the Nether, but nothing about Jason or Mitch."

I picked up my bag again and headed for the door. "Find Jason, I'm going to go back to the school and see if I can find anything."

"Where do I start Jerome, where do you know where to go? They could be trapped with Seto for all we know." Ty asked.

"Last time we saw any of them was at school, I always had my suspicions about the place. It's probably too late to say but; I think the school is with the facility."
