Jacobe:

I see her sitting there staring at me and Jace. I can't help but wonder what's going through her mind.

Jace starts to coo so I coo right around with him. He is perfect just like his mother.

Ser is staring at me like she could rip my clothes off, I smile remembering that just minutes ago I held her in my arms, felt her lips on mine.

She smiles to herself obviously lost in thought. I can tell by the way she's chewing on her lip.

"What?" I smile, breaking her from her thoughts.

"Nothing", she smiles back. " I'm starving".

I chuckle. "Get dressed."

She nods her head and gets up and comes to me to grab Jace.

"I got him," I tell her. "Worry about getting your pretty little self ready."

She hesitated and then nodded retreating to the bedroom.

Things were finaly looking up for us. I was so happy and hoping that soon she would be mine forever.

I could make her and Jace happy, if only she would give me a chance.

Serenity:

I picked out a pair of black leggings, a sweater dress and my cutest bra and underwear and headed to the bathroom.

I jumped in the shower real quick and got dressed.

I walked out to see Jacobe playing on the floor with Jace. Possible or not I swear my heart smiled.

"Who's the cutest baby in the whole world?" He asked Jace "you are".

I cleared my throat announcing my presence. He jumped up trying to act casual.

" that was quick", he rushed. Blushing a little.

"Mhm. " I giggled.

"You ready?" He asked.

I nodded and he put chase in his car seat and we headed out.

I looked at the clock on the radio in the car. 11:39.

"What are you in the mood for?" He asked.

" ummm," I answered. "Pizza!"

He chuckled, "I know the perfect place."

The rest of the car ride we sat in a comfortable silence.

We arrived at a little pizzariea a little after noon.

I sniffed the air. We were in a human town.

When we sat at the table a small red he'd came over to the table obviously eyeing Jake.

I had to choke down the growl arising in my throat.

"Hey handsome", she chirped. "What'll it be?"

I cleared my throat as a warning, making it clear I was sitting there. She didnt even glance in my direction.

"Two cherry cokes please". Jake said polietley.

She put her hand on his shoulder, coming right up hunny.

I clenched the table as my legs began to shake beyond my control.

I wanted nothing more than to rip her throat out. I had to contain myself and remind myself she was human.

She brought back our drinks and got our pizza order. I clenched my fists as she slipped Jake a napkin with her name and phone number along with a kiss in red lipstick.
