Chapter 7

It has been 3 weeks

Gon finally decided to do it.

Gon sighed and texted killua.

Gon: meet me in at the cafe in 15 minutes?

Killua: sure

Gon sighed and covered his face with his hands.

Gon started silently crying. He let out a sob and took a deep breath.

15 minutes passed. Gon heard the bell ring from the cafe. Killua walked up to gon and sat down

"So you called me- what's up?" Killua said smiling and taking a seat. Gon had his hands in the table. He couldn't look killua in the eye. "You ok?" Killua said looking at him

Gon looked up at killua and his eyes were watery. "I don't think so...." Gon said

"You're scaring me- did something happen?" Killua asked.

"Uh- you remember when we were little- you said 'im gonna find you a girlfriend" gon asked. Killua thought for a moment.

"At the bunker? Yeah-" killua said "what about it? I kept my promise" Killua said looking at him in the eyes. Gon stared back and then looked down.

"I never wanted a girlfriend" gon whispered.

"What are you saying? Do you wanna break up with akira?" Killua said. "Why? Do you not like her?"

Gon nodded. Killua was confused. "I never wanted a girlfriend. Ever" gon said tearing up again.

"Why?" Killua asked. Gon looked up at killua

"Because- I don't like girls...." Gon said giving a weak smile while a tear fell from his face.

Killua realized what gon was trying to say. Killua stared at gon "oh..."

Gon looked at his hands and sighed. "I feel weird-" gon said. Killua stared at gon, while gon just looked away. Killua bit his lips and sighed.

"Gon-" killua said grabbing his hands. "You're always weird. But that doesn't make you any different" killua said slightly smiling. Gon slightly smiled back and nodded.

"Thanks killua-" gon whispered.

Killua smiled and nodded. "Im so sorry-" killua said.

"For what?"

"For basically forcing you to date someone, im so sorry!" Killua said.

"Its ok... Right now im just scared-" gon whispered.

"You'll be okay. I promise" killua said holding his hands tighter.

"What do I do... I just got a girlfriend..." Gon whispered.

"Its okay... You will work something out" killua whispered. Gon nodded. "Thank you for telling me..." Killua whispered.

Flashback-

"Damn it-" gon said flopping at his bed. "Please not me.... Not me... I can't " gon sobbed.

"Gon honey- foods ready" aunt mito said walking into the room. She stopped and saw gon crying. "Gon are you okay?" Mito said walking up to gon.

"Mito.... I have to ask you something... Do you love me?" Gon whispered.

"Of course! Why? What's wrong?" Mito whispered.

"T-then I have something to tell you.... And I'm sorry-" gon said sobbing. Mito placed her hands in gon's shoulder.

"Im listening" mito said.

Gon slowly nodded and took a breath.

"I'm gay...." Gon whispered.

"Yeah?" Mito said smiling.

"Yeah..." Gon whispered.

"Okay" Mito said smiling. "Gon, I'll always accept you, no matter what! You are my son, and i love you!" Mito said hugging gon. Gon smiled weakly and hugged back. He let out his tears.

"Thank you" gon whispered.

"Dear killua.

You are just a close friend to me and you have no idea, how special you are for me. But I hope me and you can be friend forever. I'm sorry to say this but I have very strong feelings for you, and I don't know how to stop it. I hope you can understand, and I hope you accept me...

Gon smiled as he wrote his letter. He put it in a envelope and put it in his jacket. When he sees killua again in the bunker he is going to give him this letter.

"Hey- can I ask you something" gon said sitting up.

"Yeah" killua said

"When do you think we should have our first kiss? I mean I heard many kids have had there first kiss already"  gon said playing with his fingers.

"Really?! Thirteen year olds have had there first kiss already!" Killua said shocked

"Mhm" gon nodded.

"Wow! They must be so cool and popular" killua said laughing. Gon nodded. He looked up at killua and frowned. He looked away and gripped the piece of paper. "I don't know... Do you think people think were weird for not having our first kiss?" Killua said

"I don't know... But I heard pacifica say something about how we are losers is we haven't had a kiss yet" gon said. Killua bit his lips.

"Then im gonna find a girlfriend!" Killua said standing up. "So I won't be a loser" he said smiling.

Gon sat up too and looked down. "Alright-" gon whispered.

"What? Were gonna find you one too!" Killua said. Gon looked up at killua and faked his smile.

"Great!" Gon said smiling. Killua nodded and started leaving the bunker. Gon looked away and frowned. He hid his letter and ran behind killua.

Present time-

Gon sighed and laid in bed. He stared at the ceiling and frowned. "So he knows now! Now you can break up your fake relationship with akira! You never even liked her since the beginning anyways" minori said sitting in bed. Gon sighed and nodded.

"Your right, I don't like her. Not after she ruined my life!" Gon said crossing his arms.

"But I have to ask- did you guys kiss?" Minori said. Gon shaked his head.

"No! I always avoided her kisses" gon said grossed out.

"Good!" Minori said. Smiling. She looked up and gon and slightly smiled. "Well now you can date jasper! Im positive he likes you"

"Yeah! Maybe...." Gon said blushing. "He's so cute!" Gon said daydreaming

"Awwe! It's nice seeing you as gon again" minori said blushing. Gon smiled and nodded.

"Yeah!" Gon said smiling.
"It's good being me"

"What! Why?! I thought you were happy-" akira said placing her book down

"Im sorry- I truly am..." Gon said walking away

"No! Give me a reason!" Akira said frowning.

"You should know!" Gon said

"What? 9th grade? That was a long time ago!" Akira said frowning. "Plus it was just a joke"

"No! No it isn't! I trusted you and you told the whole school!" Gon said.

"Please- im sorry..." Akira whispered. "You're nothing without me!" Akira said.

"I guess I'm better off alone" gon said walking away. Akira got a hold of his arm but gon yanked it away. "I don't ever wanna see you! And I never wanna meet you again" Gon said leaving the room.
