Chapter 22

It's been a week. Killua and Gon haven't made any progress.

Kai is going insane with the whole mei thing. And so far gon hasn't found out who recorded the tape.

Gon was walking in the halls. He was silent. Everyone looked at him with a weirded out face. Gon kept his head down. "Gon" jasper said startling gon.

"What-" gon said looking up.

"You okay?" He asked. Gon shaked his head.

"Not really-" Gon mumbled.

"Why what's wrong?" Jasper asked. Gon looked around and people stared. Gon's heart felt like it stopped for a second. Gon looked up at jasper and bit his lips.

"Come with me" gon said pulling jasper in a room. "Did you- did you record a tape of us" gon blurted out.

"What do you mean?" Jasper said confused.

"A tape! A sex tape!" Gon yelled. He pulled out the tape that was in his backpack "did you?!"

"No! I didn't! I swear!" Jasper yelled. "I would never- please believe me..."

"How!? My friends say its all you. Cause your the only one who walked in my room that day-" gon mumbled.

"I swear it wasn't me..." Jasper whispered.

"Now I think this taped was leaked and now I think everyone knows!" Gon said fully embarrassed

"Gon- I swear and I'm so sorry this happened to you... But I promise! I promise that I had nothing to do with this tape-" jasper said placing his hands on gon's shoulder.

"Im sorry too... But from now on I want nothing with you... I have my doubts-" gon said leaving the room. Jasper felt hurt. He sat down and sighed.

"It wasn't me..." Jasper whispered. He heard the bell ring. Jasper stood up and started heading out. He saw the halls empty

Jasper decided to leave. He didn't wanna stay. He left the school and made his way home.

Gon was in his lunch period eating a sandwich. Kai walked up to him and smiled. "What's up!" He said.

"Hey kai-" Gon mumbled. Kai stole a piece of gon's sandwich

"Are you okay?" Kai asked.

"Yeah! Im fine... Just- stuff happen" Gon said smiling.

"Okay? Kai said confused. "Did you find out about the whole- tape-" Kai mumbled.

"No, not quite... " Gon mumbled. Kai was more confused. But he had better things to focus of.

"Alright! Well im gonna go stalk the person I think is responsible for the death of mei!" Kai said running away.

Gon sighed and shaked his head "better not do anything crazy-" gon mumbled. He went back to eating his food

Meanwhile killua was in the bleachers. He sighed and looked through a notebook. He heard mumbling behind him.

"So he just left? He didn't tell you anything?" Someone random said. Killua turned to face the people. It was a random girl and yuri.

"No, I told you jasper told me nothing" yuri said taking out a cigarette

Killua looked over at gon who was reading a book

"So he just vanished? He better not forget about my money!" She said. Yuri laughed.

"I doubt he forgot" he said.

Killua listened to everything. Once he heard enough he made his way to gon. He sat next to him. "So where is jasper?" He asked.

"I don't know. We had a little discussion and i don't know where he went since-" Gon said.

"Oh- well people are asking for him... Might wanna let him know" killua said looking at gon. Gon nodded. He dialed his number and it went to voice mail.

"He's mad at me. So he probably isn't gonna respond to me-" Gon said giving up.

"Well... Is he okay? What happened" killua asked standing up.

"He's probably fine. I'm going to class now-" Gon said walking away. Killua followed behind.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes killua, now drop it" gon said irritated. Killua nodded.

"Alright sorry... Ill see you later-" killua said walking away. Gon bit his lips and sighed.

"Wait im sorry.... Its just... Im kinda stressed. Wanna walk me to class-" Gon mumbled.

Killua smiled. "Of course" he said going up to gon. "Lets go"
