Chapter 20

Gon was at Killua's house packing his few stuff he left. Meanwhile Kai was trying to convince Gon to stay. Although Kai knew killua messed up. He didn't want the group to split.

"Gon are you sure this is what you wanna do... Just think about it- maybe killua has a good explanation-" Kai mumbled.

"Nope! I knew something was up... He broke my heart... " Gon whispered. He was done putting his stuff in a bag. "Alright lets go" gon said.

Kai followed behind but the door opened revealing killua. "Oh great" gon said annoyed.

"Gon- please let me explain" killua said grabbing gon's bag.

"I'll give you guys some privacy-" Kai said leaving.

"There's nothing to say killua- you cheated on me... With her. How can I just forgive you..." Gon said felling tears fill his eyes "but I have to ask... Why? Did you get bored of me... Did you get desperate that I haven't slept with you for a while-" gon mumbled.

Killua didn't reply. He placed his hands on gon's shoulder. "I love you gon. I messed up... But I wanna fix it. So please, forgive me... I can't lose my best friend" killua whispered.

"Did you sleep with her?" Gon said looking right into Killua's eyes.

Killua looked down. Gon felt his heart break. "I guess you even lost your best friend too" gon said getting his stuff and walking past killua.

He made his way downstairs and met up with Kai. "Let's go-" he whispered. Kai nodded and they both headed out.

The next day of school, Gon felt sad. He didn't have the energy to do anything. He had his head down in his desk.

Kai sat next to him. But gon had to push his sadness away. Kai had bigger problems to deal with. "So- how are you feeling-?" gon said facing Kai

"Better then you I must say" Kai said. Gon shrugged.

"Who said im not fine" gon smiled.

"Well by the looks of it. You cried a lot by the red puffy eyes. You didn't even wanna come here. By the clothes you are wearing" Kai said looking at gon.

"Leave me alone" gon chuckled. "Are you gonna ignore killua too?" Gon asked.

Kai turned around to face killua who was sitting alone. "Nah- he's my friend... Although, I am gonna give him a few punches for hurting you" Kai smiled.

Gon rolled his eyes and laughed. "Jee thanks"

"No problem" Kai said looking back at his book.

"bitch!" Kai said punching killua in the arm.

"The fuck!" Killua said rubbing his arm.

"I didn't think you would hurt gon. I though you loved him" Kai said walking with killua to his next class.

"I do..." Killua said.

"Then? What's the motive on cheating on him" Kai said.

"I like haruki too..." Killua whispered.

"Wait wait wait! Your still gonna sneak around with her?!" Kai said

"Yeah..." Killua said "yes I love gon. But I like haruki too!"

"You son of a bitch-" Kai mumbled. "Fine whatever you want- but try talking to gon. You really hurt him..." Kai said walking away.

Killua watched Kai leave. He bit his lip and sighed. "Your right..." Killua said to himself. "Your right-"
