"That sounds a bit too extreme. But anyway. I think since we are all back, we should begin the process of the plan." I start walking, and stop. "Aiden, I want to help." Stella tells me, I shake my head no. "The twins cannot fight. For the sake of their lives. And they need someone who can protect them." I turn around, "that's why we made the plan."

"Aiden, you made that plan. You didn't give us any room to help out with that." Amelia put her hand on my shoulder. "The more we have the better our chances of winning are. Don't start acting up now." I put my head down, looking at her shoes, "But I don't want any of you to get hurt. Originally I wanted to fight him alone. But I'm scared. Scared of dying, and losing you all forever. I know we recently met. But these few days, months have been, well, challenging."

"I've had fun being with you all. And Erik, I barely know you, but I can tell we can be good friends." Amelia looks at me, with that comforting smile she always had, ever since I met her, "Trust me. With all of us fighting by your side. We will win. And avenge Cade. Together we are strong, as they say." She smiles and runs in the direction I was walking, "And you cannot change our minds!"

I look at everyone, they're all happy with coming along. Did I really take over the planning? Did I unconsciously make their decisions for them? Why am I so confused? "It's okay Aiden. I'll be by your side. Like I was since day one of this adventure." Kaida's voice was enough to get me thinking of the good times I had with Cayden. Never leave anyone behind. He would always tell me that. When in a team, you all work together to defeat the incoming obstacles. He would want us to fight together! "Thanks Kaida!"

I ran up front, "Well let's all get going. For Cayden!" We kept running to find a place to take cover, but also high enough to scan the area. Hold on. Things are being a bit too uplifting.

I stopped running, everyone questioning me. Their voices, slowly fading.

"You..." I heard a distant voice. Different from the rest.

"You think you can run?" It was getting closer. "And hide from me?" The voice was getting more aggressive.

"Well think again!" I turned to the direction of the voice, and ran to catch up to it. "No! I believe you can be defeated! I just don't know how yet!" There was a boy, fighting. I looked more closely, to see the Overlord. "Well, you're not helping your situation." The Overlord quickly uses magic to block every attack, then uses air to throw the boy off balance.

Once he did that, he closed in the boy, and was going for a kill. Using the same move he used with Cayden. I... I have to stop him!

"Stop!" I yelled as I jumped down from the cliff. Holding fife in my right hand I threw it at the Overlord. Creating back and forth movement with both my hands. Constantly attacking. "Dark magic: lightning strike!" I slammed my palm onto the ground, causing lightning to hit the Overlord multiple times.

He falls to his knees, and begins to laugh, "You call that an attack?" He gets up.  My attacks seemed to do nothing to him, "Oh, what do we have here? Aiden stone? Come to face me like your brother?"
