Me and Stiles were walking side by side while Scott was jumping on the rocks to cross the small stream like a little kid.

"I don't know what it was, it was like I had all the time in the world to catch the ball." Scott explained.

We started questioning him on how he managed to save all those shots when he had never played in goal before.

"That's not the only thing, I can hear stuff I shouldn't be able to hear and smell things." Scott further explained, grabbing my attention.

"Smell things? Like what?" Stiles asked, just as curious as I was.

"Like the Mint Mojito gum in your pocket." Stiles started to say he didn't have any gum so I reached into his pocket and low and behold, the gum was there.

"So this all started with a bite." I asked with a hint of concern in my tone.

Scott nodded and started to get scared he was gonna go into shock.

"You know what I think I've heard of this." Stiles said making them both stop and look at each other. "Yeah, I think it's called lycanthropy." Stiles stated with his hands on his hips while I bit my lip holding in a laugh.

Scott started to worry about what it was making the situation even more funny then it should be.

When Stiles started to explain the side affects, Scott got an idea of what it was and pushed Stiles slightly into me.

I high fived him and continued to catch up with Scott.

"Hey if you see me in shop class trying to melt all the silver I can find it's because Friday's a full moon." Me and Stiles howled with laughter but Scott didn't find it funny because he took my hat and threw it in the leaves somewhere.

With a huff, I jogged towards where he threw my hat, sticking my middle finger up at him as I walked away.

"Hey Kelse, there's someone behind you." Stiles said shaking making me furrow my eyebrows at him.

I turned around and saw a man wearing all black staring at me with a menacing scowl on his face.

"Oh my fucking god." I fell backwards and the boys rushed to help me up while I brushed the leaves off my clothes.

"What're you doing here? This is private property." The scary man said making me back up.

"Sorry we were just looking for something but forget it." Scott said, his voice decreasing at every word.

The man gets something out of his pocket and my dumbass thinking it's a gun, jumps back into Stiles.

Turns out was Scott's inhaler, oops.

The man walks away and Scott mumbles that he has to get to work but Stiles stops him.

He proceeds to tell us that his name is Derek Hale and his family were the ones who died in the big house fire ten years ago.

Stiles nudges us and to my pleasure, we exit the creepy forest.

I'm never going anywhere with these nerds again.

Stiles dropped me home and I started on my homework that I got given today.

My mind kept drifting to the creepy guy in the woods or Derek Hale, as Stiles called him.

After all these years, what was he doing back now?

I sighed and realised I wasn't going to get any work done today so I grabbed my keys and headed out the door with my skateboard of course.

The streets were empty and eerie but it was fine, I liked the peace and quiet.

I tried to do a couple of tricks and was successful until the last one.

I fell to the ground and my skateboard rolled away from me but was stopped by someone.

"Need a hand?" The voice chuckled so I looked up and saw a boy about my age with a very handsome smile on his face.

I lifted my hand up and he grabbed
onto it, pulling me to my feet.

"Thanks, I'm Kelsey." Now that I was on my feet, I could see all his features clearly.

He had these ocean blue eyes that shone in the light and this perfect blond hair that I just wanna run my hands through.

What I'm trying to say is, he is gorgeous.

"No worries, I'm Brett." He smiled at me and realised we were still holding hands causing me to blush and him to laugh slightly.

"So did it hurt then?" He asked after a few minutes if silence. He then saw my confused state and continued. "When you fell for me." He gave me a cheesy grin to match his pick up line and I burst out laughing.

Something tells me we're gonna be great friends.
