Me and Stiles were waiting patiently for Scott to pick up our Skype call.
When he finally answered, Stiles held up a green gun and pretended to shoot a very exhausted Scott to try and cheer him up. I rolled my eyes playfully at the dork.
"What'd you find out?" Scott's hoarse voice asked.
"Well Jackson's got a separated shoulder." Stiles huffed.
"Because of me?" Scott raised his eyebrows in concern.
"Or because he's a tool." I said and Stiles laughed a little.
"Is he gonna play?" Scott asked once again in concern.
"They don't know, there all counting on you now." I sighed knowing the school is going to hate Scott for bailing on them.
Stiles started to lean forward into the camera but froze making both me and Scott confused.
I got a message from Stiles which made me confused but once I read it, I saw what he was seeing.
"Scott, I think there's someone behind you." My voice was shaky and scared for him.
He looked on his screen and his eyes widened. Unfortunately after, we lost connection and he was off the call.
We kept on texting him until he finally texted us back saying he was ok making me sigh in relief.
Me and Stiles were outside the locker room waiting for Scott, who was trying to tell Coach why he couldn't play the game on Saturday.
Scott walked out with a glum expression on his face.
It turns out Coach said he had to play the game on Saturday otherwise he'll be back in the bench and knowing Scott, he'll never do that.
We walked down the hallway until we saw Allison coming down the stairs which turned Scott's frown into a grin.
"Hey, you guys busy?" Allison's eyes not leaving Scott's.
"Nope just my mom she's nothing, I mean it's nothing. I'm never busy for you." Scott stammered making me and Stiles cringed at the sight.
"I just wanted to let you know that I'm coming to the game and afterwards we'll be going out. Me, you, Lydia, Jackson and you two. It can be like a triple date!" My eyes widened along with Stiles'.
Stiles was like my brother plus he has a crush on Lydia but my thoughts also travelled to Brett for a moment.
Why would he come in my mind when Allison mentioned me and Stiles going on a date?
"Anyway, I've gotta go to French class, save me a seat at lunch." And with that, she was gone.
The bell rang and we all headed to math class.
Math was the only subject where I sit at the front of the class.
The teacher put questions on the board and called up people individually to come up and solve them.
The first people up were Scott and Lydia and they seemed to be having a little disagreement.
They were talking really loud that I was surprised the teacher didn't tell them off.
Lydia was saying how Jackson will play tomorrow but he won't be at his best, and she doesn't want to date the captain of a losing lacrosse team.
Scott seemed to be a little pissed off but wasn't to the point where he would rip her head off.
It was only when Lydia taunted him about introducing Allison to all the the lacrosse players that he seemed to freeze up.
Lydia quickly finished off her equation and walked off back to her seat.
I'm sorry Scott, but that was badass.
Me and Stiles were hiding behind a wall trying to figure out what Sheriff Stilinski is trying to say.
I nudge him and point to Scott who he drags over here to tell us what they're saying.
"Curfew because of the body." Scott answers shortly.
Stiles seemed to be pretty pissed at this but I can see where Sheriff's coming from. He's trying his best to protect everyone, even if that means placing a curfew on teenagers.
I went to go find the Allison and Lydia because I haven't really hung out with them that much.
When I spotted them, I saw Lydia introducing one of the lacrosse players to Allison.
"Hey guys, what you doing?" I
intervened. I hope Scott doesn't see."Oh and this is Kelsie but unfortunately she's taken." I look at Lydia and open my mouth to correct her but shut it and let it play out.
"She's the new girl, she just moved here." Lydia told the boy but when she saw Scott, she dragged him away from Allison.
Scott and Allison started talking about how nice Lydia was being until his eyes moved to Allison's jacket.
I awkwardly stood there while they Scott questioned her on Derek.
"Me and Kelsie have gotta get to class." She grabbed my hand softly and started to walk away from a frustrated Scott.
When we were a good distance away from him, she turned to me.
"You, young lady, have some explaining to do." Her eyebrows were raised and I knew what she was talking about.
This is gonna be a long day.
