"Lock it!" Scott screamed at both me and Stiles. "Does it look like I have a key?" Stiles replied wittily while they both pulled the doors closed.
"Grab something, anything!" Scott screamed once again. I looked around for something but stopped when I saw both boys looking out of the tiny windows in the door.
Stiles pushed the door open and slipped outside while me and Scott yelled at him to stop. I put my hand on Scott's shoulder and hid behind in fear.
Stiles looked around to see if the coast was clear. When it was, he reached for the bolt cutters that were laying on the ground.
A low growl came from the side of the jeep and when I looked up I saw the Alpha. Scott screamed at him to get back inside and I backed up into a wall, sliding down with my hands covering my face.
I lifted my head up though when I heard the sound of the doors opening and closing. I saw Stiles jam the bolt cutters into the handles of the door, locking the door.
I shot up from the ground and hugged Stiles tightly, burying my face in his neck. He hugged me back but let go to hold a torch up to see if the Alpha was still there.
The Alpha was once again not there so we all backed up from the doors, breathing quite heavily. The boys looked at it each other while I stood there trying to process everything.
"That won't hold will it?" Scott said nervously. I made eye contact with Stiles before he answered. "Probably not."
We turned around to survey the dark hallways we were stuck in for probably the whole night. A howl was heard before the boys grabbed one of my hands and took off running.
We ran into the maths classroom and began pushing the desk towards the door but Stiles stopped us. "The door's not gonna keep it out." He stated in a hushed tone.
"It's your boss." I whispered and Scott looked at me. "Deaton, he's the Alpha." I said louder this time. Scott denied it but Stiles backed me up.
"He killed Derek." I said in the same tone as before. Scott tried to deny it again but Stiles backed me up, again.
"What do we do?" Scott exclaimed, his breathing increasing while he spoke. "We get to my Jeep, we get out of here, and you seriously think about quitting your job."
We nodded and the boys ran towards the windows to try and open them but they wouldn't budge. "The school's climate-controlled, they won't open." I said, trying to slow my breathing down while I spoke.
"Then we break it." Scott said in a kind off pleading way. "Which will make a lot of noise." Stiles explained and I walked up to the both of them, scared to be on my own.
"Then we run fast." Scott suggested and took a look to see how far the Jeep was from here. "Yeah really fast." My voice cracking at the end.
"What's wrong with the hood of your Jeep?" Scott pointed out. I looked at the blue vehicle and saw the hood all bent up.
"What the hell?" Stiles said annoyed. Suddenly, something was thrown inside, causing the window to smash. We all ducked down to avoid being hit with the glass.
Stiles flashed his flashlight on the object that was thrown in. It was a car battery, in fact it was Stiles' battery from his Jeep.
Scott peeked his head up slightly to see it the Alpha was outside. He wasn't so we walked out the classroom and into the hallway to find another place to hide.
We walked into the boys locker room as it was probably the safest place to be considering that there were little to no windows in the room.
"Call your dad." Scott said while we moved deeper into the room. "And tell him what?" Stiles said as he closed the door.
"I don't know, anything." Scott whispered. "What if it kills every cop insight, including my dad." Stiles rushed to get all his words in one breath.
"They have guns." Scott reasoned and my breathing hitched. I moved my hand towards my waist to feel my gun but retracted it when I heard Stiles say that regular bullets won't work.
"We have to find a way to get out of here." Scott said, shining the flashlight around. Stiles shit down the idea, telling him there was nothing near the school that they could escape to for a mile.
We thought about another way until I had a lightbulb moment. "Derek's car." Stiles pulled me into a side hug, squashing my face against his chest.
"Your a genius, Kelse. We go outside, get the keys off his body and then take his car." Stiles said nodding at his own plan. "And him." Scott added and Stiles reluctantly agreed.
We walked towards the door to get out of here but Scott stopped us as soon as Stiles reached for the handle.
We backed up when we heard a light noise outside the door. Stiles grabbed my arm with his free hand and hid the torch in his jacket with the other.
"Hide." And with them words, Stiles pushed me into a locker before stepping inside himself. I was about to talk but his hand clasped my mouth shut, preventing me from speaking.
My back was pushed against the back of the locker as I look up at Stiles with fear evident in my eyes. His head was perked up to hear if anything entered the room.
It was silent until the creak of the door opening could be heard. I looked at Stiles again, who was now holding his hand to his mouth as well.
I closed my eyes and waited for the Alpha to finally finish us off once and for all.
