Pain. That's all Tris felt on July 4th 2257.
Tobias, husband of Tris for over 1 year now, was forced to nervously pace outside the hospital door in Abnegation. They planned on having the child there since Tris broke the news.
Tris let out another scream of pain and an uncontrollable sob.
"Not long now." Susan promised Tris, whom was helping as much as she could along with Susan's trusted Abnegation friend, Abigaile whom Tris recognised from her time at school.

Tobias, pacing back and forth, looked up at Caleb Prior, Tris' older brother. "She will be fine." He reassured. "I read up on it. Trust me." Tobias stared at him, "If I trust you I'm trusting books," and continued to pace.
"Books are based off facts and written with experience, trust that." "It's not just that. I grew up with a terrible father as a role model. I don't want to end up anything like him, I feel as I have to protect it with my life and it's terrifying."
Tobias was not one for heart to hearts and Caleb new that. But a distant memory clicked. "The thought is worse than the jump." He said.
"What do you mean?" Tobias Asked.
"That's what Tris said during the simulation, when we had to jump down that dark hole to get into Dauntless to shut the simulation down. 'Don't think, just jump'."
Tobias smiled at that.

Everything went quiet, it felt unusual to the ears after the constant yelling and screaming.
Both men stood where they were and waited. Hushed talking could be heard from inside the door, it got closer, then the door opened with a small squeak.
Susan smiled widely at the both of them. "Congratulations, it's a boy."
Tobias let his hand ruffle through his hair and grip the back in relief.
"Can we see them?" Caleb asked, Susan nodded at them.
Opening the door wider, Susan reviled Tris with a baby boy in her arms and Tobias' heart melted.
He walked over to her and gave her a firm but loving kiss on the head and rested his head against hers gently. "How are you feeling?" He asked quietly. "Never better." She replied softly, not taking her loving gaze off their son.
Tobias took a look at his boy.
He had Tris's head, Tobias' eyes and what looked like a small tuft of blondey brown hair, although that could change.
"He needs a name." Tris stated.
"Something starting with J." Tobias decided. "Is there a reason behind that?" Tris asked.
"He just seems like a J baby to me." "A J Baby? Well- I did like the name Jules." Tris said.
"We are not giving him a girl name." Tobias protested. "Well what do you like?" Tris demanded.
"Jamie."
"Jamie can be a girls name!" Tris quietly protested. "James for short then." He said. "Yeah, ok." Tris gave in.
"You- you do like that name right?" Tobias Asked curiously. "Yes, I like it." Tris reassured.
"Jamie Eaton. Welcome to the family."

This happened once more.
3 years later.

May 31st 2260

"One boy, one girl." Said Tris, watching Tobias hold the newborn. "What do you think Jamie?" She turned to the 3 year old boy sitting on a nearby stool. "I s'pose it's ok. I just hope she doesn't turn boring." Jamie said, wrinkling his face in disgust.
"I'm sure she'll be ok, she's Dauntless after all." Tobias said raising his head to look at Jamie.
The girl raised both her fists into the air stretching, and letting out a confused squeak at the absence of warm breath of her face.
Tobias looked back down at her and let out a breathy chuckle.
The girl let out a satisfied coo.
"Why don't you sit with me on the bed and you can have a hold?" Tris suggested to Jamie.
"I guess..." He said, letting a nervous hand ruffle through his hair and grip it at the back.
He plonked himself beside his mother whom scooted over to make room.
The baby was placed in his arms.
He noticed she had a similar face shape to their mother, although different yet again because she had the same strong jaw as their father. Her nose was long and thin, but it suited her face. Her eyes were doe round like her mother and had soft baby skin, and the resemblance between her and her father's lips was impeccable.
It made Jamie wonder how much he resembled his parents.
Did he have his father's lips too? Or did he have the same thin, full lips as his mother? Perhaps he had his mother's eyes, round and grey.
'Prehaps she'll open her eyes.' He thought.
And she did.
They where a deep blue, like water.
Jamie felt a great pride at the fact that his baby sister had opened her eyes for him, not their Mum or Dad, but for him. He took an immense liking to her immediately.
"What do think of that Jamie?"
Jamie turned his head. He had been to busy with his sister to listen into the conversation.
"What?" He Asked.
Tris smiled at him. "I said what do you think of Chiara, as her name?"
"It's good I s'pose." Though He was grinning from ear to ear.
