The elevator arrived at the fourth floor and when the doors opened, Axel and Samantha walked out of it. They walked down a circular hallway looking for their rooms. 416, 418, 420, 422, 424, 426, 428, 430, 432, 434, 436, 438, 440, 442, 444, 446, 448, 450, 452, 454, 456, 458, 460, 462, and finally 464. "Ok, well, this is me so I'm going in. You go on ahead, I'm sure 468 is down the hall." Axel said. "Ok, I'll see you later." Samantha said. Axel used his room key to open the door and when he stepped inside, he was speechless. His room had a living room, a dining room with a bar at the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry room. Axel found the bedroom and he instantly ran and jumped onto the bed. "I could get used to this." Axel said. The bedroom had blue walls with sailboat portraits and silhouettes, four windows, and a four-poster bed with light blue sail boat sheets. A black tray with a letter sat on the foot of the bed. Axel noticed it and he got up Dand went around the bed to pick up the letter and began reading it.
Dear Mr. Barley,
We are so happy that you could attend our top ranked school in the country. We do hope you enjoy all of the fine aspects this particular school has to offer. We do have one rule that you must follow. Refrain from not entering the East end of the hotel. If you do enter that end we will know because we have eyes everywhere, so don't think about it. When you read this, you'll find an invitation to The Cinco de Mayo Celebration tonight. Make sure you're at Field Meadows Point by 7 tonight, then we will be eating wonderful foods from all over the world. After you have all eaten, you can do anything as you wish, except-
"Go to the East end of the hotel." Axel said, reading the letter. "They're really strict about the East end, how come? There's a good secret to figure out."
You might be wondering why you may not go to the East end of the hotel-
"Yes, I am." Axel said, reading the letter.
It's simply because a while back we found a group of our students entering that end. They knew the cost at which walking through the door would bring upon them and they did it anyway. That cost them their lives. They're dead, have been dead for many years now. I suppose you don't want to end up like them too. So mark my words, don't go to the East end of the hotel if you know what's good for you.
"Dang, all of that for just exploring the hotel?" Axel asked.
If you didn't know already Axel-
Axel's eyes expanded when he read his name being addressed in the letter he was reading.
We're aware of your history of defiance and we want you to be on your best behavior while you're at Prestigioso Colegio de Puebla. And if you happen to come across the East end of the hotel, ignore it. You will die because that end of the hotel is cursed. Anyway, I do hope you find everything you need here and after a week stay at The Boshaumi Hotel and Spa, it's back to school; so be there, on time. Don't be late, or skip; because we will find you, and end you.
Your Administrator,
Ernest Caulle
After reading the letter, Axel found that a pair of clothes were properly folded on the dresser. It was a blue polka dot collared shirt with a bow tie and a pair of light blue shorts to match. They even complemented the polka dots. Axel also found some blue whale socks to go with the blue loafers on the foot of the bed. He smiled to see that there were already clean clothes for him to wear. "I'm guessing they're for The Cinco de Mayo Celebration tonight?" Axel asked. Axel looked at the sailboat themed clock to look at the time and it said it was already 2:30 pm and the celebration officially starts at 7. "I have plenty of time before I need to be at Field Meadows Point, wherever that is. Let's see what Samantha's up to." Axel said.
