Epilogue: The Beginning

Nick's eyes sparkled and shimmered with the color of his mother: royal purple. Winds came from all sides and a blast of royal purple light came from the center of the tornado. In the tornado was the becoming of Purple Jessamine and she was out for the kill. She just didn't know who had summoned her. The tornado stopped spinning and disappeared. Purple Jessamine looked around and found that she wasn't in her time anymore. She had died before but now Nick brought her back and she wasn't in Nick's head anymore.

"What is this place? Where am I?" She asked looking at the group of people. Nick smiled. "It's me, mom. Your son, Nick." Purple Jessamine looked at Nick and saw a stranger. "Why am I here?" "Do you remember giving birth to a son?" Nick asked. "Yes, I do. But that was a long time ago." Purple Jessamine said. "That was me. Look." Nick said, pulled up his shirt sleeve and showed Purple Jessamine and everyone his matching flower tattoo. "Oh my goodness. You are my son." Purple Jessamine said.

Nick went over to hold his mom, his only connection to his life, but she turned away. "I can't hold you." Purple Jessamine said. "Why not?" Nick asked. "I'm cursed. I was cursed to never be around my son. If I even as much touch you I turn into a purple Jessamine flower. It's the truth." "I don't understand. Who would do that?" Nick said. "The person who killed me. Tabitha the Iris. She is the one who killed me and now I'm stuck in a limbo of never consoling my own flesh and blood." "Your only purpose now is to touch Ashlynn Carter." Nick said. "That will kill her though." Purple Jessamine said. "I know." Nick said. "Why would you want that?" Purple Jessamine asked. "I want justice for the people here. She's caused pain and misery and caused us to go through something terrible. If you don't do this I surely will die." Nick said. "Can there be a third option here? Come on Nick." Axel said. "No. You want it too!" Nick said. "She's the only person to give back Samantha's magic though." Axel said. "Who is Samantha?" Purple Jessamine asked. "I am." Samantha said. "If we don't do this, she will kill Rachel." Nick said. "I will not let that happen." Axel said. "Just transfer her soul into The Shady Realm." "That might work but she knows the spell to get out." Samantha said. "How about I imprison her where she came from?" Purple Jessamine asked. "What do you mean?" Nick asked. Samantha and Axel looked over at Purple Jessamine.

Ashlynn was scared. "How?" She asked. "I can give her what she wants." Purple Jessamine said. What Ashlynn wanted more than anything was to be free from her Great Great Aunt Diana. But how would that even be possible? "You can free myself from my great great aunt?" Ashlynn said. "You can't do that!" Great Great Aunt Diana said. "Indeed...I can." Purple Jessamine said and smiled. She placed her hand over her eyes and she fell into a coma. "This will take a minute to complete the incantation." "Ok." Nick said.

"Shadows....spirits....hear my words....transfer soul to soul....complete her prayer....set her free." Winds from all over came and entered through Rachel's body. "Spirits send Great Great Aunt Diana to a special prison meant for her....shadows make her feel your warmth.....spin her out of control." Great Great Aunt Diana's spirit rose out of Ashlynn and exited out of Rachel's body. "Complete her prayer!" Purple Jessamine screamed out this last verse. The spirit flew and soared away. No one knew where she had gone to and no one cared. She was gone.

"She will need some time to process and heal." Purple Jessamine said. "She will be happy now that that thing is out of her. Whatever that was." Nick said. "Thank you, mom." "That thing was her Great Great Aunt Diana and she was trapped in the amulet she was wearing. One wrong step and she wanted revenge on Calantha, Samantha's mother, and now that she's gone, I'm hoping Ashlynn will be a nicer person." Axel said. "I don't know why she wanted me dead. Now that I have no powers, I can finally be normal." Samantha said. Like a broken record, Axel turned to look at her. "I'm sorry what? You don't want the magic?" Axel said. "I just want to be normal so that I can focus on my life, our life together, don't you want that?" Samantha said. "Of course, I do." "We don't have to worry about a villain anymore because our villain is probably never returning." Axel said.

"But a new villain perhaps is on the verge." A voice came out of nowhere. A blast of purple smoke came and startled everyone. "The Evil Queen. How are you here?" Axel said. "I came because a little birdie told me that there was a spell to take you backward or forward in time. I wanted to test it out." The Evil Queen said and pulled Samantha to her. "What's going on?" Ashlynn asked. "Nothing dear." The Evil Queen said. The Huntsman was standing by her and no one knew he was there until he said, "Hi guys!", and that's when Axel said, "Wait a second. Why are you taking her?" "Because Axel...she has special powers that can crack any code known to man or woman and I need to find someone." "Who?" Samantha asked, struggling to get out of her grip which was miraculously really strong. "You're not getting away." The Evil Queen said.

"So this is it? Another adventure?" Axel said. "It appears so. But remember to know this is only just the beginning. I will always find you and you will always find me. No matter what our love will last forever." "Yeah yeah yeah we get it love birds." The Evil Queen said. She grabbed The Amulet of Eskimos from Ashlynn's neck who was struggling to keep it from The Evil Queen before she cast a dark stormy cloud to cover the sky. With the cloud a lightning bolt struck the ground and wrapped around The Evil Queen's finger. She didn't get electrocuted, it attached itself to her and she wore it with pride. "What's happening over there?!" Cooper said. He saw the lightning and the enormous cloud. "I don't know. What is it?" Vivian asked. "Let's go." Cooper said and led the group to the front of the school. They all saw what was going on. Samantha was in trouble and they couldn't do anything to stop otherwise The Evil Queen would shock the whole group. "What do we do now?" Vivian asked Axel. "We can't do anything." Axel said. "I call the forces of time itself...to never dwell on anything else...I can feel my everything around me...and hear time ticking away....please show me a yesterday." The Evil Queen said.

The stormy cloud covered The Evil Queen, The Huntsman, and Samantha. Lightning bolts swarmed and entwined itself through the cloud and it started rising to the sky and everything disappeared. There was no Evil Queen, no Huntsman, no Samantha. They were just gone. "Wake up sleeping beauty! Get the hell up! This is all of your fault. God damn it get up!" Axel shouted pissed off. Ashlynn woke up and saw a whole group surrounding her. "The Evil Queen came and took Samantha away from me. From us!" Axel said. "And that's my fault?" Ashlynn asked. "You took her magic away." "I didn't take it away. I cursed it so she can't cast spells right." "Same difference." Axel said and crossed his arms. Ashlynn got off the ground. "Look, I'm so sorry this happened but better than ever am I feeling cause I'm free of my Great Great Aunt." "Whoop-de-doo." Axel said with sarcasm. "Can you get out of Rachel's body please?" Nick said. "Oh right, sorry." Ashlynn slipped right out and Rachel fell on the ground with Nick racing to her and holding her. "She's not waking up." "Oh right she is about to die. The only way to save her now is to give up some of your energy but since I took almost all of it-."

"This is a risk I gotta take." Nick said and held his arm to her arm and the magic lit up from his flower tattoo. "Nick if you do this you will die!" Axel said. "I know but she doesn't deserve to die. I need to do this." Axel just let Nick save her. The magic dripped onto Rachel's skin and a magical glow covered Nick like an aura and his energy was draining. Axel cried while looking at this happening. After fifteen minutes Rachel's eyes fluttered open. She was alive but Nick was already dead. He fell on the ground and had no pulse. "Oh my god Nick!" Axel said. "What's going on?" Rachel asked. "Ashlynn possessed you and drained all of your energy which Nick replenished and he is now dead." Liza said. "What?" She turned around and looked at Nick's dead body and started shaking him. "Nick! No! I love you." She kissed his cheek and closed his eyes. Axel looked out at the midair and wondered where Samantha was. "Where are you Samantha?"

In the middle of Europe in 1859 Samantha finally got away from The Evil Queen's grip. "Where are we?" Samantha said and looked out of the castle balcony. She walked out and saw the whole countryside down below and it carried on for a mile and then a forest carried on the entire way to the other kingdoms nearby. "Wow." She said. "We're back at my castle. We're here because of one special person and that person being is my step-daughter. Samantha turned around fast and looked over her shoulder. "Huh?"
