Somewhere in Manhattan:
Peter hit the ground, rolling back towards a flipped car.
"You know, now would be a good time for Doctor Banner!" He said into his earpiece , out of breath
"You okay down there Pete?" Tony's voice said "Sound a little tired."
"Yeah. I didn't get my coffee this morning." He grunted "Or my muffin."
"An iced mocha is hardly a coffee." Bucky laughed, firing a gun
"Boys, play nice." Nat scolded as she jumped on the back of the man with 8 mechanical legs.
"Are you sure it's the coffee that you miss and not the red head behind the counter?" Steve teased
"Cap. I say this with the utmost respect." Peter said, dodging a swipe. "Shut up."
Steve was thrown backwards and yelled as he hit a car.
"Oh come on Doc, was that really necessary?" Peter asked as Tony lifted him in the air.
"Thor. When you're ready!" Tony yelled
Thor nodded and lifted his hammer into the air. Tony threw Peter, who shot a web, connecting to one of the man's mechanical legs and swinging around him. He let go of the web just as Thor directed lightening at the machinery's center. The man toppled over and Nat jumped down, zip tieing his hands.
"Everyone, Meet Doc Ock." Peter said "Better known as Doctor Otto Octavius."
The police arrived and loaded the villain into a van before hauling him away to the floating prison.

Peter collapsed on a couch in the compound.
"Tell me about Bakery girl." Tony teased
"She's the girl who works at the bakery." Peter shrugged.
"Just a girl huh?" Bucky laughed
"She calls you Muffin boy." A smooth asgardian voice said
Peter jumped and Nat grabbed her gun.
"I'm not here to harm anyone." Loki said, his hands in the air. "I merely came to wave the white flag and humbly ask for brother's and your help."
"Doing what?" Thor asked
Loki took a deep breath.
"Protecting your niece."
