Bucky leaned against the counter.

"Those bruises..." He sighed "They reminded me of the ones your dad used to leave on Steve."

"What?" Bruce asked

"My father was a drunk. A mean one. He beat me, my mom, even my little sister."

"You had a sister?" Tony asked

"She died when she was ten."

The room went silent for a minute.

"What did she do to her?" Nat whispered "Those scars...were pretty nasty. Deep cuts."

"Very deep." Thor agreed.

"I'm gonna kill her." Loki whispered

"Brother...you can't kill her."

"No. I'm with Loki on this one." Tony said

"Knives work best for precision. As long as you don't leave finger prints." Bucky interjected

"So would a shield up the side of her head."

Thor groaned. Peter sighed and picked himself up off the floor. They were so angry, they'd forgotten about the traumatized girl. He walked out to the yard.

"Hey." He said quietly

Molly jumped.

"It's okay. It's Peter." He said, cautiously walking towards her. "Loki's pretty angry with your mom."

She scoffed.

"First thing he's done right."

Peter chuckled.

"That's a nice crown." He said, referring to the now finished flower crown in her hands "perfect for an asgardian princess."

She laughed a little.

"I've always liked crowns." She said "I do this when I'm stressed."

"You know, your uncle is the king of Asgard." He said

"I thought that was Odin?"

"Odin died a few years back. Thor inherited the throne."

She nodded.

"What does that make Loki?"

"The Prince Royal I believe." He laughed "But I don't know much about royalty."

Molly stared off into the night sky.

"You do look a lot like him." Peter said "Except your hair. Red. It's beautiful."

"It's not natural."

"Hmm?"

"My hair. It's not naturally red. It's black." She said "Mother makes me dye it."

He nodded.

"Reminds her of Loki." He suggested.

She shrugged. Suddenly her eyes widened.

"I have to call home."

She pulled out her phone.

"Don't." Peter said, taking it from her.

"I have to. She'll freak."

"What are you gonna say?  "Hey mom, sorry I won't be home tonight. My absentee father showed up and now ice giants are trying to kill me. I'm spending the night with Spider-Man and the avengers"?"

"Did you just say Spider-Man?"

Peter face-palmed.

"I'm an idiot." He whispered.

He undid his button up to reveal the top of the suit.

"I'm Spider-Man." he said "don't call. You're twenty eight years old. She doesn't need or deserve to know where you are."

She groaned. He smiled and placed the flower crown on her head.

"Come on. I wanna show you something."

He grabbed her by her waist and connected a web to the roof on the compound. They swung upwards. She clung to his shoulders.

"Look." He said as they landed on the roof.

He was pointing to a constellation.

"The stars are so much clearer up here." She said as she followed his finger. "Which one is that?"

"That's Freyja. Your grandmother." Peter explained "She was killed protecting a human during a battle. When asgardians die, their souls are turned into stars. Odin's up there somewhere too. I'm sure."

She smiled. Peter took the opportunity to speak while she was calm.

"Your dad. He's done a lot of bad things. But he's trying to be better. For Thor. For you." Peter said "He's trying because someone believed he had good in him. I'm not saying to trust him or forgive him. I am saying to give him a chance to be better."
