Somewhere within the nine realms:

Molly was thrown into a cell, hitting a chunk of ice. Snow fell over her. She shivered in her tank top and jeans.

"Can i at least get a blanket!" She yelled

"Shut it Laufeyson!"

"I'm a girl dumbass." She snapped "It'd be Lokidottir."

A large hand hit the bars.

"Shut up or you'll be dead before sunrise."

She stuck her tongue out. She ice giant chuckled and lumbered away.

"What do you want with me anyway!" She yelled

She was ignored

Avengers compound:

Loki was still pacing. Bruce entered the building.

"Any sign of her." Loki asked urgently

Bruce shook his head. Peter was mumbling to himself.

"What if...." They heard him say

"Speak up, kid." Tony said.

"What if they're not on earth?" Peter asked "I mean, most of the nine realms are still intact right?"

Thor nodded. The rest looked confused

"When I was in high school, I had a..friend who was on the football team and he said no matter what the home team always won." Peter said "Cause they were comfortable on the field. Wouldn't that apply to everything? Like how we lure the bad guys to new york? Cause that's our home field? Wouldn't the ice giants do the same?"

"You think they took her to Jotunheim?" Loki asked

Peter nodded. Loki bit the inside of his cheek and walked towards the bedrooms. Peter followed him.

"You know," he said leaning on the door frame of the room Loki had been sleeping in "Molly does that too."

"Does what?" Loki asked absent mindedly as he dug for something in the closet.

"The cheek thing." Peter said "she does it when she's nervous. Like when she's alone with Steve. He makes her nervous for some reason, even though he's the most trustworthy person I've ever met. Or anytime you leave for more than a few hours."

Peter had a smile on his face that he wasn't aware of.

"She has a lot of little quirks like that. Like the way she twirls her pen when she's thinking really hard about something." He chuckled "or how she sticks her tongue out just a little when she's doing something that makes her happy. And she's constantly playing with her hair. Especially when she's worried or stressed."

Loki turned around, smiling slightly through his worry.

"You like my daughter." He chuckled.

Peter stuttered.

"I-i mean yeah, she's a great friend and-"

"No. No man notices that many small things about a friend." Loki observed "You practically worship Molly. Don't you?"

"I-i" he didn't know how to respond.

"It's alright." Loki said calmly "I can't think of anyone better for her."

Peter stared at him.

"But first, we have to get her back." He said "So help me find my scepter."

Peter nodded and started digging.

Jotunheim:

Molly had taken to throwing chunks of ice at them. They were getting annoyed. She threw a chunk at one of their heads and he let out a great roar.

"I'm gonna kill her!" He yelled

Another one put his hand on the other's shoulder.

"No. Keep her alive. Laufeyson will come and we will have her revenge."

Molly let out a mirthless laugh.

"Laufeyson?" She asked, catching their attention "Loki Laufeyson? As in my father? You think he's coming for me?"

"You're his child, are you not?" One asked

"I may be his spawn, but he barely knows me. Much less cares for me." She laughed "You have a better chance of Spiderman coming after than you do catching Loki. Next time, kidnap Thor. Maybe then he'll come."

A blast of blue light hit the ice giant in the side and Molly looked to the now gaping hole in the wall.

"Molly Michaelson, never say that again." Said Loki holding his scepter.

Molly smiled for a split second before seeing a shadow out of the corner of her eye.

"Daddy no!" She yelled as an ice giant side swiped him.
