*small, somewhat obvious Harry Potter spoiler*
DID YOU CRY WHEN YOU'RE GREAT AUNT DIED?!
WELL DUMBLEDORE IS MY GREAT AUNT!
Okay, I understand there is a difference, but it's still sad.
I mean, you were reading this story either from the characters POV or the narrator was really close them.
YOU FEEL WHAT THEY FEEL.
I WILL CRY IF I WANT TO.
AND I WILL.
Here's advice to all people who make others feel bad because they are upset over the death of a fictional character, just don't.
Let them be upset about it!
The attachment that person had to the character, even though they are fictional, is still real.
It's like hearing someone's life story and then watching them die, let them mourn.
Without further ado, I'm just going to go cry about all the characters I lost.
