43. Being around kids while reading.
By this I mean, having to play babysitter.
I get it, the adults want to converse and being a teenager, I get to skip out on all the "adult-talk" but it comes with a price,
Babysitting/kid entertainer.
Here I am just trying to read with my little cousins acting all crazy around me, but it's really hard!
Like, how am I gonna know if Ronan and Griffin aren't hurting each other if I'm so focused on Harry Potter and Voldemort hurting each other?
So I have to watch them, and then with the watching comes the entertaining.
That means either dolls, or stupid video games that for some reason, that young generation finds entertaining, and you of course have to join in.
Sometimes it sucks being so awesome.
All the kids wanting your attention.
Ugh, such a struggle.
But, seriously I'm kidding, it's more like they love annoying me and hitting me with stupid plastic hammers, but that's the price of being old, but still young.
A.k.a. the teenager/babysitter.
