"I told you he was nice" I said
"He's cool" he said indifferentlyEmerson helped me pick up the trash and wash the dirty dishes.
When we finished we sat on the couch exhausted. This was one thing that the pandemic brought to my life, that I get mentally and physically exhausted with just everything. Just with doing one thing a day I felt like I needed to rest for the rest of the day. Before this pandemic started I didn't have moment to breathe, I was an expert multitasking and I never watched tv, I was always working.
Now just cleaning some dishes felt like I ran a marathon.
As we sat on the couch Emerson looked at me and sighed
"Wine?" he asked
"You read my mind" I said smiling.
Emerson stood up and went for the wine and two glasses, he poured one to me and then one for him."Thank you for paying the locksmith" I said taking a sip of wine. In the morning he brought the locksmith to fix my door.
"Why are you thanking me? I'm the one who broke it" he said casually
I smiled.
"I was so scared when I found the door opened, I thought someone broke in" I said
"I'm sorry if a scared you" he said
I ramained silent then he said
"But you scared me more, I really thought you were dead"
We laughed
"I don't know what I'll do without you Andy" he said with sincere eyes
"That day, when I said those things to you I regretted what I say the moment I closed the door, I was an ass" he added.
"You've become the best thing in my life, I don't want to loose this" he continued.I loved it when he was so sincere and we could talk deep things like this.
"I don't want to loose this either" I said."That would be a great loss for you" he said so cocky and I laughed, I knew it was just a matter of time for him to make one of his egotistical comment.
He laughed as well.
Then he grabbed my hand and interlocked his fingers between mine.
I felt that spark in my hand.
"I've missed you" he said
"I've missed you too" I said.
"I've missed the way your body shivers when I touch you" he said with a sexy voice, looking into my eyes closely.
"I... I do.. I don't shiver" I said in my defense.
"Yes you do" he affirmed. He ran his finger slowly, from my hand and all the way to my shoulder, and my body trembled.
"Did Noah make you shiver the way I do" He said with a low voice and almost whispering.
I felt a knot in my throat as I tried to say something but I couldn't, words wouldn't come out. My mind was occupied feeling a million things as he touched me.
I felt my breathings getting heavier as he continued touching me with his finger and now his whole palm into my neck.He moved my loose hair to the other side slowly and grabbed my neck with his whole hand, we were both looking into each other's eyes
"You have the same power over me" he said"Since the moment I met you" he continued, I closed my eyes and continued enjoying his touch.
"Just looking at you makes my body weak, as if you own it" he said.
He was right, he owned me, just what he was saying to me was making me weak.
"My skin is like a magnet to yours" he continued talking while caressing me.
