hey pretties!! how are you guys? I didn't publish a chapter yesterday because I took a small mental break, I think that sunday's are going to be the day's that I don't post a chapter. Today, it's sort of a small chapter because It's my mom's birthday and I want to spend some time with her and just a heads up; I'm not posting on the 24th, 25th, or new years because I will be spending time with family and I want you guys spending time with family and not just reading fanfics in your rooms! we're at 4.6k views, this is absolutely crazy!! thank you guys so much! kisses<3**TW people may find any content triggering, does contain profanity too, please be careful and let me know if anything is ever too much!*** Don't forget to click that little star at the bottom!
I jolted off my bed as someone busted my door open. In someone, I mean the Weasley twins. I groan out of annoyance, "Ugh no, it's too early you weasels" I throw a pillow towards the door, not even checking who it hit. "Nope cmon' we told you last night we needed you up by 6." I feel the blanket being pulled off me as I bring my leg's up to keep me warm. It was quiet for a bit so I assumed they left but, a few seconds later, all I hear it, "Aguamenti" I slowly get up from my bed, soaked, and walk towards the twins. I give them both a hug, wetting their clothes. "Y/n really!" George groans out; making me laugh. "That's what you get, now leave and let me change." I turn back and begin to get undress, Fred clear his throat, making me jump. "I mean I wouldn't mind the view but we'd be late for work if I did." His words making my cheeks blood red and I slowly turn around, using my shirt to cover me.
"Fred! Bloody hell I thought you left!" Fred started laughing until he saw the redness on my face and his whole demeanor changed. His eyes became dark as he looked down to the floor, not being able to keep eye contact. "I have to go change, be ready in 15, we have to go." His voice with no emotion as he walks out of the room. I take a breath before changing.
10 minutes after and I'm finally ready. Simple makeup on, hair in a messy bun, and leggings and a cropped t-shirt. I run downstairs to try and get some breakfast in with 5 minutes. I reach the bottom step and almost fall on my face until George is able to catch me right before I fall. "Woah there slow down." He laughs, "Is there anything left for me to eat?" George takes out a bag with an apple and a granola bar. "Thanks Georgie." I give him a quick peck on the cheek and go onto the fireplace and grab my Floo Powder. Fred, George, and I step into the fireplace and yell, "Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes!"
Fred's POV:
It's been 30 minutes since we've arrived at the shop, Y/n's doing pretty well. We haven't opened up yet but we've just had her clean until the shop opens up. Our initial plan was to play a little prank on her before the shop opened up but we decided not to, or to just do it another day, seeing she barely even ate because she had to wake up early. We open in 10 minutes and I could tell y/n was getting nervous, she was done with everything yet, she kept finding herself doing something. I couldn't help but feel bad but at the same time, I thought it was absolutely adorable. I had to pull her to the side, she couldn't be this nervous when customers come around.
"Y/n hey listen, calm down, you're going to do okay." She looks up and makes eye contact, the worry in her eyes slowly going away. To my surprise, she pulls me into a tight hug before pulling away, "Thank you Freddie, for everything." I was filled with sudden da ja vu as she fully pulls away and goes to the register.
Y/n's POV:
"You ready y/n?" Fred and George say simultaneously and I just nod my head. A nerve racking feeling filling me up again as George turns the sign to "open". There was already people standing outside the door, waiting for the shop to open; Mostly kid, so it helped me calm down a little.
5 hours later...
The day ends in two hours and I could say I am absolutely exhausted. The store has been empty for a while and Fred and George are busy packing some items up. I let my eyes shut for a while and I lean on the counter, head in my hand. My eyes bolt open as I hear someone opening the door, "Y/n is that you?" No way. "Pans?!" Pansy runs into the store as Blaise follows behind her. She practically tackles me in a hug and gives me a huge kiss on the cheek. "Oh my god, I've missed you so much! I heard what happened with your parents and I haven't owled you because I didn't know where you were-" I laughed at her worries as I move to Blaise, "Hey Zabini... It's okay pans, I've been staying at the Burrow for a while, it was my first day working here too." Blaise gives me a big hug as Pansy seemed to relax. "I'm going to go look for something, I'll be right back." Pansy and I nod our heads and he walks away. When I notice he's gone, I turn to Pansy, "So, you and Zabini here by yourselves?" Her face goes red and I squeal of excitement. "No way!" She nods her head, a small smile creeping up. "I've always known it; Ever since Malfoy ended whatever you two had."
Her eyes light up, "Speaking of Malfoy-" Just as she was going to finish her sentence, the bells from the door interrupted her.
"Is that Wood I see?"
