hey pretties!! how are you guys? I'm sorry for the late update but I had MAJOR writers block today but, over night, one of my tiktoks kinda "blew up" And it really helped me get people to read my book. I only have 9 chapters out and we're at almost 3k views, this is crazy!! thank you guys so much! kisses<3**TW people may find any content triggering, does contain profanity too, please be careful and let me know if anything is ever too much!*** Don't forget to click that little star at the bottom!

I woke up, not feeling any presence around me. I sit up on the sofa and Fred's gone; this wasn't a normal thing. He'd always wake up after me or wait until I woke up. As I pull my legs off the sofa to stretch, I hear a voice in the kitchen; not Fred's, George's. "Bloody hell where are they?!" After what he told me last night and what happened between me and Fred, I had to tell him everything. "Good morning Georgie, you'll never guess what happened last night..." I walk into the kitchen, the amazing smell of pancakes, eggs, and bacon taking over me; and to see not one, but two redheads. I froze at the sight of Fred, I didn't know what to think. The twins look at each other and both of their lips form a mischief smile. "What happened last night?" George speaks up, "Yeah, what did happen last night y/n?" Fred decides to taunt me.

"I-" I stammer, quickly trying to steer the conversation away. "So, what's for breakfast?" Fred chuckles as he sits down on the kitchen table and George moves to the oven; to cook the last of the bacon. "Pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Surprised you can't smell it from the living room." I gave George a quick good morning peck on the cheek as I steal a piece of the recently cooked bacon from his plate. As I move to Fred to also give him the "daily" morning peck, I could feel myself getting nervous. The closer I got to him, the harder it got to breathe; I was debating on just not giving it to him and play it off until he spoke up. "No morning kisses for me?" His lips forming into a pout, making me laugh out of relief. I shake my head from amusement and lean in to kiss his cheek.

Just as I got close to his cheek, he quickly grabs my face with his hands. He looks behind me at George, seeing he was distracted with the breakfast. Fred pulls me, my ear up to his lips, "Someone seems excited about last night.., guessing I know exactly what you wanted to tell him about." His whispers sent chills down my spine. He pulls me away a bit and kisses my "cheek", a little too close to my lips. Leaning back up, away from him, I let a frustrated huff out of my mouth and aggressively take a bite from my bacon. As I turn back around to George, I can hear Fred chuckle lightly from behind me.

I put my frustration to the side as I grab a plate and start adding food to it. The softness of the pancakes, delicious smelling smoke from the eggs, and the slight grease on the bacon made me realize how hungry I am; that or the rumbling coming from my stomach. I sit back down next to Fred as George takes the seat next to mine. We sit in silence as we're eating; until I noticed something. "Hey. Where is everyone else?" I look back and forth at Fred and George, then lean back so I can see both of them. "Well, your brother is upstairs because he doesn't want to see me.." Fred tells me with a grin on his face. George throws some of his eggs at him as he continues, "Yeah, Oliver is upstairs but we have no idea where everyone else is... Why?"

I look at the floor and sigh, "I just needed to talk to your mum," They both got protective almost automatically, "Is everything okay?" they said at the same time, making it sound as if only one person was talking. I slightly giggled, finding it adorable every time they did that. "Yeah, everything's fine, it's just, I needed her help," I look up from the floor and see both of their confused faces, "I just feel bad, Oliver and I have been living here and haven't been paying any rent. Oliver won't do shit so I wanted to at least help. I needed her help to find me a job." As Fred's mouth opens up, I immediately stop him, knowing exactly what he was going to say, "And no, it's not up for discussion, I'm getting a job." He huffs out of defeat and leans back into his chair. George laughs and shakes his head, "Well, you can come work for us at the Joke Shop, we could either pay you or part of the money automatically goes into rent." My eyes lit up the second the words come out of his mouth.

"Only on one condition..." My eyebrows furrow in confusion, I see Fred's do too as I look at him. "You have to tell me exactly what happened last night, you seemed happy about it." My stomach drops, I didn't even know if Fred wanted me to tell him, and if he didn't, I probably wouldn't get the job. I immediately turn to Fred, his cheeks red. He notices the worry in my eyes and shrugs as he smiles. My lips twist into a smile as I pull them both into a hug, "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!" Both of the twins began to laugh at my excitement; after a few minutes, they pull away and go back to their food. I swallow my last piece of food, "So when do I start?" The smile not leaving my face. Fred wipes the syrup off his face, "The shop is closed for the weekend so, Monday?" He looks at his twin for confirmation, George nods his head and my excitement grew.

Just as we finished up our breakfast and started putting the dishes away, we hear the door being opened roughly. All of us three, run to see what going on, the twins keeping me behind them as a shield. Once we got there, we see Remus and Black holding a bloody Harry and Molly and Ginny trying to keep up and uninjured but unconscious Ron Weasley.
