Satellite Swindle

Third Person's POV

We start in Eggman's base as once again Dr. Eggman loads his deck of cards in to the machine, closes the hatch, pulls the lever, and watches the slots spin. This time, E-90 Super Sweeper is chosen "Perfect! Haha!" Eggman said and sporting a massive hawk-like beak, massive engines, and massive weapons, the Super Sweeper is moved into takeoff position. A secret panel opens up in the island's greenery, and the Super Sweeper takes off into the air.

*Meanwhile in Area 99 Control room*

"What's going on?" A patrol asks "What's the situation?" The military leader asks "An unknown object was spotted about five minutes ago. I'm afraid that's all we know, sir" The patrol said "That Dr. Eggman's up to something. I only wish I knew what it was" the leader said and a satellite in space adjusts its cameras "Has it been identified?" The leader asks "I'm afraid not, sir" the patrol said and the military leader's expression is grim.

*Back at Eggman's Base*

"Well now. Time to have a little fun. Heheheh!" Eggman said and pulls a lever, which causes the Super Sweeper's mouth to open, and a large hose protrudes from it "Super Sweeper!" Eggman said and the Super Sweeper's hose activates a powerful suction.

*Back at Area 99*

"What's going on?" The leader asks "Communication's cut off! Sir, the satellite! It's--" the patrol said "Gone?!" The leader asks "Yes, sir!" The patrol said "This can't be happening! It's impossible!" The leader said as several blips on the giant radar screen begin moving toward a central spot. In space, all nearby satellites are pulled into the Super Sweeper.

At Eggman's Base, Bocoe and Decoe are having Japanese-style tea while Eggman watches the Super Sweeper "Just look at all my shiny new toys. Heheh. Ah well. Too bad I have to grind them all into robot parts. Who knew recycling could be so much fun? Heheh, and cost-effective!" Eggman said.

Back at the control room, the officers are panicked as the blips finish disappearing "It's getting closer!" The patrol said "We've got to alert the President!" The leader said.

*Meanwhile at the Thorndyke mansion*

Sonic and Brody are cuddling on the roof and Tanaka is mowing the lawn. Inside, Cream and Cheese are dancing along with Next in The Next Show on TV. Tails, Turbo and Chris are sitting on the couch behind them "You know what I like to do best, boys and girls? I like to dance! Dancing is lots of fun and it's good exercise, too! Hey, I've got an idea. Why don't you dance with me? That's it! Lookin' good!" Next said as Ella and Amy enter the room, each bearing an apple pie "Hi! Snack time, everyone!" Ella said as they both set their pies on the table in front of Chris, Turbo and Tails "Here we go" Ella said "Ella showed me how to make homemade apple pie" Amy said "I think our little Amy has quite a knack for baking. I just might be out of a job soon!" Ella said "Hey, Ella! Maybe Sonic would like some pie" Amy said while Tails licks his lips "He can have the other one" Tails said "No you don't! That one's for Sonic!" Amy said and Tails makes a grab for one of the pies, but Amy pulls it away, which causes Tails to be thrown into the television and Turbo goes over to him "You okay?" Turbo asks and Tails nodded "Oh and by the way, Sonic already ate" Turbo said "Huh?" Amy asks "Yeah I'm pretty sure Brody cooked for him already" Tails said "Wha?" Amy asks when static replaces The Next Show "Tails, you broke our... TV!" Cream said "Sorry..." Tails said "That was our favorite program..." Cream said as Turbo picks Tails up making Tails blush and Turbo takes him back to the couch and Chris picks up the TV controller "Don't wory, Cream. Maybe this'll help" Chris said and presses a button, but to no avail "O-kay... Guess that didn't work" Chris said "The TV is dead!" Cream said and she and Cheese begin to cry. Sonic and Brody heard their crying and leap in through the open window "Hey, what's goin' on?" Sonic and Brody ask "Hi, Sonic and Brody. Cream and Cheese are upset cuz the TV's busted" Chris said "That's what they're crying about?" Sonic asks "Uh-huh" Chris said "What do we do? Now I can't watch my cooking show!" Amy said "Or Mrs. Thorndyke in the movie of the week" Ella said "Or the martial arts matinee" Tanaka said "Mm... Sorry, Mr. Tanaka" Chris said when suddenly Bokkun flies in through the open window. Amy and Ella move their pies as he lands on the table. Sonic, Brody and Chris hide behind the couch "That was a disappointing welcome if you don't mind me saying so!" Bokkun said and pulls a television from his bag "Got a brand new message for Sonic and Brody from Dr. Eggman, so listen up good!" Bokkun said and activates the television, and Eggman appears on the screen "Greetings, my little warthog and wartwolf! Sorry it's been so long since my last message, but I've been such a busy little bee. Take a look" Eggman said and the image on the screen changes to show the Super Sweeper vacuuming up the satellites "That thing's swallowing up satellites!" Chris said "And it's ruined our television reception" Tanaka said "Don't get any ideas, Sonic and Brody! After all, I'm only having a little fun. So stay out of it if you know what's good for you! As we speak, my E-90 is floating above the stratosphere, collecting all manner of space junk so I can make more and more of my ever-so-helpful mechanical friends. Well? What do you say to that?" Eggman asks and laughs "Pretty soon, you might be obsolete, Bokkun!" Eggman said and just like that, Bokkun bursts into tears "What's E-90?" Chris asks "I don't know, Chris, but I'll bet it's one of Dr. Eggman's robots. I wonder what a stratosphere is?" Tails asks and Chuck enters the room "A layer of air miles above us. It's as high as the sky!" Chuck said and Tails and Turbo ponder this as Chuck approaches Bokkun, who is still crying "We can do without you, crybaby" Chuck said and picks up Bokkun and carries him out of the room "No! Put me down!" Bokkun said and an explosion can be heard, and Sonic, Brody and Chris cringe "Gotcha! Ahahahaha!" Bokkun said and a blackened Chuck returns to the room "Looks like that robot's da bomb!" Chris said "Very funny, but this is serious, Chris. Eggman's causing havoc miles above anyone's reach" Chuck said "I bet the Tornado can get up there" Chris said and Tails and Turbo consider it, but Sonic and Brody emerges from behind the couch "Come on, Tails and Turbo" Sonic said as he and Brody give a thumbs up "Why not? I'm game. Let's go!" Sonic and Brody said and they race to the Tornado "Okay, We're coming!" Tails said and rushes after his brothers, Turbo following as well. Tails gets on the pilot seat and Turbo sits on the passanger seat while Sonic and Brody get each on a wing. Tails taxis the Tornado out of the garage "We can do it!" Tails and Turbo said "You bet!" Sonic and Brody said as Amy, Chuck, and Chris watch as the Tornado takes off "Good luck, you guys! We'll be waiting!" Amy said and Tails begins his approach on the Super Sweeper.
