After the Keene Act was put into place, Erin Ferguson aka Robin Hood III was a waitress at a dead end job. 
    
    The dark morbid man by the name of Rorschach, visits Erin with news of the Comedian's death. With a maniac gunning down costumed heroes retired or active, Erin must dawn the legacy her Father and Brother set before her. She must become Robin Hood once again.
