Ten months.

It's been ten months since Nishinoya Yuu caught himself falling for the girl named Y/N. At first they were just best friends who were completely inseparable considering that they are both in the same year. Wherever Noya went, you saw Y/N. Wherever Y/N went, you saw Noya. Nothing could keep those two apart.

Naturally, they were so close that people who didn't know the two automatically assumed they were a couple. Noya's friends have asked Noya several times what he would do if he caught feelings for Y/N. And every answer he gave was the same thing, "I'll tell her."

Little did he know at the time, that it would be oh so very hard, to get his feeling across.

"How do I tell her?!" Noya yelled as has received one of Tanaka's spikes. "YOU MEAN IT'S BEEN TEN MONTHS SINCE YOU FELL FOR HER AND YOU HAVEN'T TOLD HER?!" Tanaka screamed from across the court. "STOP SCREAMING TANAKA!" Daichi yelled at the second-year with the shaved head.

"Daichi! You don't understand Noya's crisis though!" Tanaka snapped his head at Daichi trying to stand up for himself. "TAKE FIVE EVERYONE!" Daichi yelled at the others who were practicing, which they all nodded before going on break. Coach Ukai was taking a sick day leaving Daichi to lead practice for the day.

"Alright what's your crisis?" Daichi sighed looking at Noya. "I...I actually ended up catching feelings for Y/N like you guys said I would..." Noya said in an unusually quiet voice as a faint blush crept upon his cheeks.

"WHAT?! YOU DID?! TELL ME ALL THE DETAILS!" Suddenly the vice-captain, Sugawara Koushi joined in the conversation while pushing Daichi to the side and looking at Noya.

"Does Noya have a crush?~" Tsukishima cooed looking at the smaller second-year with a teasing look on his face while Yamaguchi covered his mouth with his right hand to keep him from laughing louder and harder than he already was.

"SHUT UP AND RESPECT YOUR SENPAI!" Noya yelled at Tsukishima in a threatening manner. "NOYA SENPAI YOU HAVE A CRUSH?!" Hinata exclaimed looking at him with stars in his eyes.

"Hinata guess who it is!" Suga said turning to the orange-haired first-year. "Who is it Suga-san?!" Hinata turned to the vice captain with an idiotic smile on his face. "It's Y/N!" Tanaka shouted before Suga got to say it causing the elder to frown.

"Tanaka he asked me, not you." Suga stated sulkily. 'I shouldn't have said anything to anyone. Especially not at practice-' Noya sighed after he finished his thought. For some dumb reason, he thought that his team would have chill about this. But Nishinoya's been hanging out with Y/N for so long, of course, no one would have any sort of chill thought.

"How long has it been since you first caught feelings?!" Daichi yelled looking at the libero. Even the chill captain didn't have chill. Great. "...Ten months.." Noya mumbled causing everyone on the team to look at him in shock.
