request: i was thinking about noya with a girl crush that likes him back but he doesn't know- but get this she's in a band and gives him and the team tickets to one of her shows and she's like the badass lead singer/guitarist and she sings something (I always think of something like paramore still into you or something) as her confession to him and like makes it super obvious it's abt him and after the show she's like "I'm not good with words but that song was how you make me feel"

a/n: Hi! Another request done! I did give the band a name! The name is Komorebi! This name isn't just a random word hehe. The name komorebi roughly translates to the scattered light that filters through when sunlight shines through trees. Y/N and the band decided to name their selves this due to them wanting to be able to reach people with their music and be that hope or sunlight that reaches people in the middle of their darkness or while they feel as if all is lost! Nishinoya couldn't believe his eyes. As a matter of fact, he couldn't believe his ears. His long-term crush, his childhood best friend, Y/N, who also happens to be a famous singer from a band in Japan, is in love with him?

Well, it all started when on a Friday when Y/N went to the boys' volleyball club after school practice. Due to knowing the team's libero, Y/N found a lot of friends within the boys' club. All of them were precious to her, and she knew she wanted to confess to Noya so she decided to do it in concert.

The leader of the band, teased by her band for it, was never good with words. So along with her fellow band members, she decided the best way to make Nishinoya aware of her feelings was to write a song about him and perform it during their next concert which was Saturday.

Everything was already planned out so all that was left was for Y/N to give Yuu and their friends tickets to the concert. The H/C haired girl walked in the gym nervously, but immediately smiled upon seeing her best friend.

"Y/NNNNN!!!" Nishinoya yelled as he rolling thundered and ran his way over to the girl before tackling her in a hug. "What's up Y/N?!" Tanaka yelled as he came over to the two. "Yeah you're usually at practicing with Komorebi after school. What brings you here today?" The Karasuno captain Daichi Sawamura smiled at Y/N as he grabbed Nishinoya and Tanaka both by the neck of their jerseys.

Y/N let out a soft giggle before holding tickets out for every member of Karasuno. "I actually wanted to give you guys these." She smiled softly blushing faintly at the thought of how the next day's concert would go.

"Woah!" Hinata exclaimed excitedly as he began to bounce up and down. "Are those tickets to see your band?!" Nishinoya's eyes sparkled at the thought. Noya always listened to the music Y/N's band put out. As a matter of fact, he did his very best to promote Komorebi as a whole.

He watched all of the interviews and bought all the magazines. Regardless of being a Komorebi ultra-fan, as he would like to call himself, he always got amazed by Y/N's vocals and the notes she could hit. He's still surprised that she's his best friend and the same person he grew up with all those years.

"Yes they are~" Y/N hummed as she smiled at everyone who gathered around her. "When's the concert?" Suga asked already having an idea of where this was going. He's seen this plot happen over a thousand times in one of his favorite movies. However, he wasn't going to spoil any of it.
