scenario: Y/N's doing her last job in the mafia with her husband right before they settle down.

a/n: this one is for my 125 point assessment grade. But be prepared to cry. The limit was 650 words but I'm about to write some more for you guys. :D

Y/N let out a small sight as she flipped a page to the book she was reading. She was simply minding her business  in the archives of the mafia organization she worked for when she heard footsteps coming in her direction.

"You're such a bookworm." The person mumbled. She knew exactly who that voice was. "What can I say? I love to read~" Y/N cooed as she looked up with a dumb grin on her face to see her husband of five years, Kita Shinsuke.

"Hi Shinsuke." She greeted which caused him to roll his eyes a bit and give her a small smile back at her. "Hey." He chuckled softly gently planting a kiss on her forehead.

"I found out about our last mission. It's about an ex-member of the mafia the boss wants us to look into." Kita mentioned as he sat down next to his wife. "What's his name?" She asked as she closed her book and snuggled up to his side.

"His name is Jonathan Wick. He's a foreigner from Harlem, New York. He went rogue awhile ago. I don't know why he's having us look into it now but I can't really complain. He said this mission was dangerous but I don't really think so if it's just looking into him and finding his location. Taking out the trash isn't that hard. Besides, if I haven't heard of him until now he can't be that dangerous." He said shrugging his shoulders as Y/N simply hummed in response.

"If it's not dangerous that's a good thing as parents of two kids." Y/N smiled at Kita. Their children looked exactly like their father and they were two years apart in age. They were both absolutely adorable but they could be really mischievous.

"Speaking of those two troublemakers, we should probably head home while their babysitter is still sane." Shinsuke said getting up and Y/N, offended for her children, hit him on the shoulder.

"Suke!" She said his nickname in a scolding tone. "I'm only being honest, dear." He shot back as they both headed to their car. The reason they wanted to settle down was to give their children normal lives.

Adventure was nice, but so was being able to relax. Shinsuke said he'd get himself a job as a rice farmer which she laughed a bit at due to the irony.

Meanwhile Y/N decided to open up a library in Hyogo, and a library for everyone. Shinsuke thought this was fitting for her due to how much she loved books.

"You wanna have sex when the kids fall asleep?"

"SHINSUKE!"

"Alright, what's the plan?" Y/N asked as she looked through Wick's file one last time. A serious look on her features as she did so.

"The plan is to go in there with our guns and find him. There aren't any cars around and the parking lot is empty besides the two of us so the place is abandoned. As soon as I spot him, I shoot him and we're done." Kita spoke causing Y/N to nod.

Shinsuke noticed there wasn't a smile on her face. But Y/N couldn't help but not smile. She looked over Wick's file at least 100 times tonight only, and the reason why was because she felt like something was off. She didn't know if it was just her, but the parking lot felt eerie.
