The so-called king betrayed them all, when they needed him the most. This was the first time Tommy tasted betrayal. Eret had helped them build this, at the time, small nation. But in the end, he helped to destroy it.

Wilbur...

Ah yes, his very own brother betrayed him. Family is meant to come first. But, that turned out to be a lie. He became insane... He blew up everything they worked for, after saying he wouldn't... The very man he looked up to. Gone. Both mentally and physically.

Techno..

His other older brother also betrayed him, much like his twin. Tommy thought Techno would help them... But instead he killed his bestfriend. But that wasn't the only time. He had given them so much stuff to help them in a war, he was meant to be on their side! But, Tommy knew deep down that Techno had a reason for going berserk. But it still stung... Tommy didn't want to be a hero, he just wanted to be happy.

Tubbo...

His bestfriend. The person he trusted the most. It was meant to be them against the world... They were meant to do everything together... But instead, the very same person that fought beside him so many times... Exiled him. He betrayed him. He just got rid of him without hesitation! Guess, you can't trust anybody in this cruel world, huh?

Even DREAM...

When nobody else was there for him in exile, Dream came. Of course, Ghostbur was there for some time, but he ended up just, disappearing.

When nobody showed up to his party, Dream was there. When Tommy was at his lowest point in life, Dream was there. Tommy thought he finally had a real friend.

But instead, Dream blew up everything he had worked for. This wasn't a first that everything he worked for had been blown up, but it's not exactly something you get used to.

Tommy almost ended it all when Dream did that.
He thought he finally had a real friend. But, in this cruel world, you can't trust anybody.

So when Techno found him and wanted to team up with him, he hesitated.

"So, what do you say, Theseus?" His brother asked, holding out his hand.

Tommy bit his lip, glancing at the hand. "H-How do I know you won't just... leave?" The blonde asked hesitantly. The question caught the other off guard. "Look, I know I've done some messed up things, but I'm a changed m-"

"No, no, I know. But... Everyone I trust turns on me. How do I know you won't just do the same thing... Again?" The teen interrupted, looking Techno in the eyes.

Techno stared back, a surprised look on his face. The boys eyes were so... dull. Techno had no idea what happened while the other was in exile, but it must've been bad. The pinkette would have to talk to him about it later. And if need be, commit some crimes.

"I'm a changed man, Tommy. I don't have any proof that I won't, but you'll just have to take my word. We are brothers, right? Family sticks together." The man smiled, a look of pity on his face.

Tommy flinched slightly, but that didn't go unnoticed by Techno. The blonde sighed, taking the elder's hand, giving it a firm shake as he glared at him.

"I'll take your word for now, pig boy. I've had enough of betrayal..."
