**Quick note! Go ahead and play this song right away when you begin the chapter!!**
Swinging my hips, far too aware of the pressing hardness from Damien's jeans. His lustful gaze following my every move as we moved our bodies moved to slow beat of the song playing over the dance floor.
His warm full lips teased my neck. My body feels like its on fire and he was my only source of water. Dragging my hands down his chest as I slipped away from his fingers gripping my hips.
He was quick to try to tug my arm back to him. But the alcohol in his had him loosing his balance.
Shooting forward, wrapping my arms around his torso to keep him from falling. Moving his hand to my cheek. If I was capable of blushing I know my face would be burning red.
His eyes locked on mine as we stood still while the music continued. I didn't care who was watching. Let them.
Raising my chin as his head hovered over me, his black hair tickling my forehead. Our lips were now inches apart. The pull begging us to close the distance.
The familiar smell of damp fresh grass wafted into my sense. Freezing my body instantly. A small hiss leaving my lips as spun around, holding Damien behind me as my eyes scanned the people around us.
"Victoria?" Damien mumbled in my ear.
Claude. I can smell him. He's here.
"We need to go. Now"
Pulling his arm roughly enough to cause him to follow me. I could feel him stumbling from behind trying to keep my pace through the maze of people.
"What- what is it?" He asked slurring a bit.
We made it outside the bar. I scanned everywhere around us but his scent barely lingered in the air now.
"You're coming with me" Biting out. Angry I couldn't explain the truth to him. He wouldn't understand. How could he?
Spinning on my heel. Gripping Damien's perfect jaw, the soft stubble tickling between my fingers. His eyes locked on mine. His body unmoving as I bored my own into his. Ignoring the hum between our bodies from the closeness.
"You will close your eyes and keep them closed until I say otherwise" Whispering softly.
He obliged immediately.
"You will not speak until I tell you. Not a word"
His head nodded in my hands. His mind no longer belonging to him. Hated that I needed to do this but I couldn't risk anything.
Dropping the hold on his mind. I glanced around us once more.
With speed I scooped him over my shoulder, he let out a small grunt and I bolted down the side streets. No human eyes would be able to see me but I couldn't take any chances. I weaved the roads, Damien's hands smacking at my back.
I couldn't blame him. He was frightened. He didn't know what was happening.
My apartment building came into view as I focused on the rooftop. I didn't see anyone.
Bolting faster toward my destination. I couldn't risk taking him to book shop. It would put him and William at risk.
I unlocked and closed the apartment quickly without losing my pace. Damien's smacking never seized as I pushed us into my doorway. Inhaling deeply.
