Once upon a time,

All kids run home.

Fake a smile we play truth or dare.

Fear, now our master.

Captain Hook, Maleficent.

We have no prince in shining armour,

Who will save us?

We might as well take a bite from the poisoned apple ourselves,

Prick our fingers on the spinning wheel,

Let Evil Step-Mother keep us in.

Broken hearts aren't worth it.

Because we have no fairy dust to take away the memories,

Of the names we've been called,

and the broken bones and bruises.

But we have to remember we have a voice.

We're not Ariel,

Dont fall for Ursala's curse.

No time to build a snowman,

Just let it go.

Sing it with a team:

Under the sea,

Once upon a dream.

Huff one big puff,

Breath just once more.

A "woodful" of lies to our parents good lord.

It's all just a game.

Puppets of the Mad Hatter.

We're all mad here.

We hide from the world,

Opposite of Aladdin.

We'd wish, and we'd wish,

We'd give frogs kisses til' our tongues turned blue.

To that one person who got called fat,

They won't eat at all,

Not like Hansel nor Gretal,

Because you said that.

But we got to remember to keep climbing that beanstalk of life.

We're almost there,

To Neverland,

Wonderland,

And light.
