We made our way to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, before heading for the road once again. This time, we were heading for France. Paris in particular.

We sang non-stop in the car, much to Adrianus's annoyance (and Caleb's glee) and after 450 songs, we were in Paris.

Haruto and Ritza decided they were tired, so they checked into their rooms and napped the rest of the day away.

Adrianus, Caleb, Aurora, Airi and myself were a lot more energised and into the idea of sight-seeing.

This time, Caleb and Adrianus decided to walk around together while us girls did the same.

It was fun just being with my girl-friends again. I missed Ritza's company though, we all did.

"So, hows it going between you and Caleb?" Airi asked while wiggling her eye-brows.

Aurora smiled, " It is going really well thank you! What is even nicer is that I've known him for so long, this is basically and extension of our relationship. I mean, I've always known he's going to beg in my future as I've never wanted to live without him. I just never imagined I'd want us to be together so intimately. I love how its happened naturally."

I chuckled before quipping, " I don't think much would've happened if you didn't use alcohol as a catalyst. Frankly, there is no denying the fact that the two of you had chemistry last year, and possibly years before, and you still have chemistry now."

Aurora snorted at my alcohol comment while Airi just laughed.

"So, anyone caught you eye, Airi?" I asked.

She shook her head, "not yet, maybe I'll find someone on the trip."

I nodded, and told her it was a good idea.

"I think the Red Light District would've been an amazing place to meet your match. You could've easily tested your compatibility in the bedroom in the..." Aurora casually mentioned.

Airi violently shook her head. "No, i don't want to know all the places one could seal-the-deal, thank you very much. Besides I..."

Before she could finish her statement, she walked into someone

"Oh miss, I'm really sorry about that. May I help you up?" A young woman with medium-length brown hair asked.

"Yes please, I am really sorry for bumping into you..." Airi blushed.

I narrowed my eyes for a few seconds before shrieking: "Leanne! What are you doing here?!"

The woman turned in my direction before screaming: "Callisto?! I could ask the same question!"

She ran towards me and embraced me.

"Oh it's really good to see you! I'm on holiday for about 2 months so I'm here in France and I'm going with the flow!" Leanne replied.

"I'm here on holiday with my colleagues, who happen to be my best friends. We are all travelling together, and we've been doing so this entire year." I explained.

Leanne smiled, "I am really happy you've made some good friends. You must introduce me."

I nodded enthusiastically, "Aurora, Leanne, Leanne, Aurora. The person you walked into is Airi. Airi, this is Leanne. She was my only friend in high school."

They all hugged each other in greeting.

"Would you like to catch up sometime?" I asked her.

A blushing Airi chimed in: "We are actually going to get coffee and pastries. Care to accompany us?"

Leanne's cheeks were tainted with pink before timidly replying: "You're as formal as Callisto can be. I really don't want to intrude but if you'll allow me, I'd like to make it up to you for bumping into you. I'd love to join you."

That is how 4 girls entered a Patisserie.  We each got one macaroon, a croissant and a "pain au chocolat" as well as a café latte.
We claimed a table by the window and we were just talking amongst ourselves about random things. We all enjoyed ourselves, especially Airi and Leanne. I made a mental note to ask her about that later.

After we munched our delicious food and drank our coffee, we were still talking in the patisserie.

2 familiar faces appeared at the window, and gave us cheeky grins.

Caleb pressed his face against the window, much to Aurora's amusement while Adrianus blew against the glass, then proceeded to draw a smily-face and a heart. I rolled my eyes at his childish antics, while secretly finding it adorable.

The 4 of us left the Patisserie and reunited with the boys. I introduced Leanne to Caleb and Adrianus and they seemed to get along immediately. The 6 of us decided to return to the hotel room to freshen up for the night. Since I wanted to catch up with Leanne, and the others wanted to get to know her a bit better (especially Airi) we decided she should travel with us for the remainder of our trip; she agreed whole-heartedly with the idea.

I was really looking forward to tonight's events. We were going to see the Moulin Rouge as well as the Eiffel Tower.

Caleb and Aurora walked arm-in-arm while Adrianus and I walked hand-in-hand.

Adrianus and I decided to hang back while the other four walked ahead of us, because we wanted to confirm our suspicions. Sure enough, Airi appears smitten by Leanne, and Leanne is equally as smitten by Airi. I smiled at the thought at one of my friends finding someone for themselves. I squeezed Adrianus's hand, and he squeezed mine back.

"Seeing you happy is wonderful. Feeling happy is wonderful too. What I have noticed is that when all of us are happy for the same reason, it makes it even more worth being happy for." He whispered before kissing my cheek.

I nodded in agreement, with a grin on my face.
We both couldn't be happier, at this moment in time.
