Boy with the Blonde Hair

I must admit, I love the saying money can buy you almost anything. I was able to catch a coach that goes to Switzerland from Germany. However, there is no ways I would ever leave that country without eating a schnitzel. Let me tell you, it was the best thing I had ever eaten. Surprisingly, the waitron who served me, was blonde with green eyes. What I disliked about myself is that I suddenly missed the stranger I had encountered. Despite not having any manners whatsoever, he was partially amusing. Every man with blonde hair and green eyes, immediately reminded me of him.

About a week or so after I had landed in Germany, I decided it was time for me to see the world for myself. All I had ever done was read about it in books. Now it was my chance to make it a reality. When I arrived in Switzerland, I instantly made a bee-line for the nearest chocolate shop. The shop was absolutely astounding, with chocolate running down the walls, like a waterfall. The chocolate itself was light, frothy and heavenly. Switzerland is also home to the big particle collider, in CERN, which definitely fascinated me as an engineer. As soon as I walked into the head office of the particle collider, I was asked to speak about my thesis that I did for my last year of Uni before getting my masters degree. I was allowed to stay there amongst the other scientists, provided I aided them with research. I happily complied and spent the next couple moths becoming fast friends with the other scientists and researchers. Now you would think its the end of my story, but trust me, its only just getting started.

After about a year, and I managed to skip ahead and get my PhD in physics. To celebrate, my colleagues and I decided to 'live a little' and do go slightly off the rails. Since we were well ahead in research and development, we were given about 1 year to take leave and do whatever we wanted. All of the scientists were older than me, but my closest friends were about 2-3 years older than me. We all got along very well, and I was comfortable with them, and vice versa.

Since we were all in our late 20's we decided to go to Italy, Netherlands,  and France. We have all been planning this trip and we were all excited to indulge in the flavour of our youth which we missed out on, to become the scientists and researchers we are today.

"Let's do this", Aurora grinned, while brushing her blonde hair away from her face.
"Yes, time to live our lives!", Caleb yelled, making us all laugh in the process.
