Kongpob was on his way to his first class, sweating from running from the parking lot. The first semester had been over. One would think his schedule would get better but for the first year, things were going to be busy again. The sports festival was right around the corner. In addition, his father had started to give him work again at the company.
He was grateful for the part time job. He was learning at a young age and at the same time, he was earning money from it. He loves the work along with the satisfaction he gets from knowing he was paving a good life for his family. As much as his parents could, they help take care of Wayo so he and Arthit can still enjoy their college life. For that, the couple is extremely grateful.
"Oops!" A female voice said in surprise after bumping with the alpha.
"P'Sachai!" Kongpob said in equal surprise. He bowed his repeatedly as an apology whilst saying he was sorry.
"No running in the hallway, Kongpob. You'll get to class in time," the senior student said with a smile.
"Thanks, Phi. See you around."
"See you around..."
"Huh?" Kongpob's brows knotted as he turned to the person talking to him. He was seated in his seat, arriving barely on time. He was thankful that their instructor hadn't come yet.
Phet, one of Kongpbob's classmates wriggled his brows. "P'Sachai. I saw you two earlier." Unknown to the alpha, the senior engineering student that the others thought he was in relationship with is Sachai. However, during the star and moon pageant, he made it clear that his lover was a man. "You sure she's not your girlfriend?"
"What?" Kongpob chuckled. He would have ignored the other if not for how amusing his assumption was. "I don't have a girlfriend."
"So it really is a boyfriend..." Phet nodded, satisfied that his curiosity was finally answered. "I'm sorry for being so nosy. I have this other friend who's crazy over P'Sachai. I just need to confirm before she strangles me and my other friend."
Kongpob shook his head, chuckling. He would deny any assumption about him having a relationship with someone other than Arthit but if somebody asks and there was no way out of it, he would admit to being with Arthit. He cares for what his omega wants – not exposing them. He respects his wishes.

The sports festival was commencing the next week and the whole university was very much excited. The engineering students vowed to pummel their mortal enemy in the field – the faculty of social sciences. Arthit was pumped up because it was time to prove that his faculty can win most of the games this year. It was the last time they can enjoy the year before the finals fully consumed the third year students.
"The first years better win basketball this time or I'll make them do 50 laps!" Bright announced at the meeting held by the engineering's sports festival committee. He is one of the officers of the committee which was held by Arthit himself.
"I know they will," Toota said with confidence. "We have a strong bunch this year."
"Yeah, I think we do." Prem agreed. He had seen some of the first years play basketball and soccer; they played well against the upperclassmen. The female students were seen playing the above mentioned sports as well. They were not going to be left behind.
"So everything's been arranged," Arthit concluded. "The line-ups were final and I did not receive objections from the faculty. We're ready to go."
"Yes!" Bright and Toota celebrated.
"By the way, is Kongpob really playing basketball and joining the track?" Knott asked Arthit while the rest chatted amongst each other.
"Yeah," Arthit replied. "We were lacking participants on the track so he volunteered. You know that Tew is on the team too, right?"
Knott smiled as he nodded and looked away.
"You're so whipped," Arthit said as he chuckled and faced the other officers. "Alright. Any question before we adjourn?"
"No, Sir!" Said the rest of them.
"Okay. Let's end the meeting here. Don't forget to submit the minutes to me, Toota. I'm not going to wait a week to see that."
"Got it, Sir." Toota grinned.

Arthit was leaving the administration by himself after a brief talk with the dean. He was praised for the thorough preparation he did for the festival. He was proud of himself and he walked with light feet, his face bright as the start of the day.
"Rojnapat."
A voice made the omega turn around. He had just passed the side of the building in which a space separates it from another building. There is a path walk in the space leading to the courtyard in the back. Arthit frowned seeing an unfamiliar face at the campus.
"Can I help you?" He asked. The other student was from another faculty, Arthit was sure of it. He wore the same standard uniform. Perhaps he is one of the participants in a game held that day. However, he was addressed by his last name. Aside from engineering senior students, no other faculty would call anyone by their last names except for the criminology department. Still, if they were first years, they would still call him with a prefix "Phi".
"Don't remember me?" The other one asked Arthit.
The omega eyed the other as he tried to recall when and where he might have seen or met him but nothing came to mind. "No. I don't think we know each other."
The other student scoffed as he walked closer to Arthit. "We didn't go to the same high school but we played basketball against yours. Your team won without you but I wanted to play with you. In more ways than that..."
Arthit met the other student's eyes, matching their intensity that seemed to appear to intimidate. He was unaffected by it. "You're wasting my time. I don't know you." He took a step and turned on his heels to leave. He suddenly felt a little annoyed by seeing someone who tried to claim they knew other but not. It didn't matter however if they did because he was simply wasting time by staying there and not in one of the games to be held that day.
"Always so slippery, aren't we... omega?"
Arthit halted on his steps when he heard the name he was called.
"If you would have said you remember me," said the other, "I would have said your secret's safe with me. Your little secret..." he chuckled before he turned around as well and walked the other direction.
