No POV

After the war, a funeral was held for the fallen, tears were shed, and respect was given. The new Hokage became Kakashi, releasing Tsunade of her duties.

As the age of peace began Naruto and Hasu grew popular. Naruto as the hero who saved the world, and Hasu as the fox princess who stood by his side and fought against the gods. Her status as Lady transcended far beyond the fox sage realm and has even been called princess among royals and elites. It was clear to the Hokages and shinobi of the war that the Legendary Sannin have become the Legendary Sinnin.

Much to Shikamaru's displeasure, a lot of proposals came in the mail for her, forcing her to either reject or allow Shika to burn them. While Shikamaru has been training, preparing to become Hokage's assistant for when Naruto takes the role. Naruto and Hasu have also been getting visitors from distant villagers who fought alongside them in the hospital.

Even the Raikage spoke with Hasu about her father and their relations. Expressing that I may call the Cloud Village home as well, and their door will always be open to her.

As the family continues to grow, she can't help but feel warm as life in the village flourishes. Obito and Sasuke remain in jail, and in question on both of their situations.

As soon as Naruto was able to walk, he started to go back to school to become Chunnin. Due to his lack of study, saving the world, it remains a requirement to become Hokage. Hasu promised to help him study.

Sasuke and Obito were pardoned; while Sasuke left the village, Obito stayed with Kakashi to make up for the time they lost while away. As time passed, the village prospered along with Hasu and her friends. Now the story continues of Hasu's passing days as an adult.

Hasu POV

Sitting on top of the hill, I watch the clouds drift. It's been two years since the war, and I can't help but see the missions I do to be simple. I guess that's how it's supposed to be after the war. My peaceful moment is cut short by the sound of an explosion. Sitting up, I rush to go check it out. Seeing it's coming from the gate, I sit on the roof and watch as the security unit comes in. Sakura and Naru-chan stand beside me.

He looks down as I cross my arms, "Why are they fighting defensively. I'm going to go there and check it out!"

Sakura tries to stop him, but I jump down to get a closer look. Seeing Shika and his team watch acoustically, Ino identifies one of them. I frown, "He seems to be controlled."

Sakura nods, "Than the others must be the missing people."

We watch in worry as one of these Shinobi attack him, only for the villager to pull it out, feeling no pain at all. He begins to mutate, making me cover my mouth.

Naru-chan pulls them back as the mutated man explodes. While the girls tend to the wounded, the others begin to mutate. Choji expands, making wings to blow the explosion away. More come, making their way to the village.

Shika speaks up after figuring out that wounding them sets them off, "We have to be careful with them."

Hinata comes by; using her eyes, she sees no one around that is controlling them. Seeing that there is a chakra controlling them, we can't just take it out.

Shika nods, "Well, alright, first things first, we have to start by capturing them."

I nod, "Leave that to me."

Pulling out my chakra chains, I step forward and wrap them up. Lifting them in the air, I turn to him, "What's next?"

Bringing them to the medical bay, Sakura tries to cure them. Seeing that her Gengetsu cleanse didn't work, Kakashi points out how they need a certain someone with power visual porous.

Sakura blushes, making me chuckle as he continues to explain he's going to call Sasuke. Seeing their smiles, I can't help but be excited for the turn of events.

Nightfall comes, Kakashi's placed an order to watch all the gates, and if they see anyone tread with caution and call me to detain them. Heading back to Shika's place, I smile softly as the moon shines down on us.

As soon as he shuts the front door, I try to turn on the light, only for a pair of lips to touch mine. Melting, I relax as his arms pull me close. Smiling, he parts his lips letting his head fall on my shoulder. He relaxes after a tiring day.

Days pass, and the attacks come to a stop with the help of Sasuke. Hinata and Sakura take care of the rest while healing the ones being controlled. All seemed to end well; I heard through the great vine that the prisoners would be taken in my the Mist Village and the fighters to the Cloud. A short tale indeed, but it was something new and simple.
