It's been a few hours of you cleaning up the house to pass the time, even though you're not supposed to. You leave to go get Paddy from school. You call him when you get there
You: Hey Paddy, I'm here. Where do I need to go?
Paddy: Where are you?
You: I'm looking at a student center
Paddy: Okay, drive straight until you can't then turn left. I'll be putting stuff outside
You: Okay, see you soon Padster
You follow Paddy's directions and find him easily
Paddy: Y/n!
You: Padster! I missed you
Paddy: I missed you too. How are you feeling? Tom told me everything
You: I'm much better now, I promise
Paddy: Great
You: I'm going to put down the third row, and you can start packing in your stuff
Paddy: Thank you, y/n
Paddy packs up the car, and you start the 2-hour drive back home. Paddy fell asleep almost instantly, so you call Tom for some company
Tom: Hey
You: Hi, are you busy?
Tom: No, I just got to the car
You: Great! I need someone to talk to...
Tom: Paddy asleep?
You: Passed out
Tom: Well, I can't say I'm surprised
You: How was your day?
Tom: Pretty good. Robert misses you
You: Robert's not even in this movie
Tom: Yeah, I know
You both laugh
You: It's sweet how much he cares about you
Tom: Yeah, he's like a second father
You: So, you took off tomorrow, right?
Tom: Yes. Why did I take off?
You: I need you to come to the doctor with me
Tom: Okay shortie
Paddy: Is that Tom?
You: Yes, because you fell asleep on me!
Tom: Hi Paddy
Paddy: Hey
Tom: I have to go guys, but I'll see you soon
You: Bye Spidey, love you
Tom: Love you more
You hang up and start talking with Paddy
You: How was the semester? You and I never really talk about school, just your life
Paddy: Okay. It was going great until they said we'd be online next semester
You: Why?
Paddy: They're upgrading and updating every building, so it's easier to complete if no one's there
You: That's okay. Now, you can finally do class on the beach. Your teachers will be jealous
Paddy: Does the wifi reach?
You: No, but Tom and I bought a box that's like portable wifi. It's connected to our data plan, so you can use that
Paddy: I'm so excited
You: Your dream's finally coming true
You and Paddy talk the rest of the way home. When you get home, Tom comes out to help unpack the car
Paddy: Tom!
Tom: Hi Paddy! It's nice to have you back
Paddy: It's nice to be back
Tom: Oh, y/n, Sam brought a girl home for dinner tonight
You: Oh...
Tom: What?
You: I need more food then. I didn't know Sam was here
Tom: Here are your keys
You: Thanks. I'll be back in 30 minutes
Tom: Don't buy anything we don't need!
You: I can't promise that
You drive to the store to get more food
Tom's POV
Sam: Where's y/n? I wanted her to meet Val
Tom: She needed to get more food
Sam: Why?
Tom: She must not have planned enough
Sam: Oh, as long as she's not mad at me
Paddy: She's not mad dude
Sam: Hi Paddy, I missed your sarcastic comments
Paddy: Yeah, I figured as much
The boys laugh and just continue on waiting for you
