A New Chapter Begins...Again

Worker: Oh, hello there. You must be the Holland's

Tom: Yes, that's us. This is my wife y/n, my daughter Haylee, and my son Ryker

Worker: It's a pleasure to meet you all. May I ask how old you two are?

Ryker: We're 16

Worker: Twins?

Haylee: Yeah

Worker: I think I have the perfect children for you. Haylee and Ryker, follow me

You: It's okay, go ahead. Dad and I aren't leaving

They follow the lady to a room with 2 kids, then the lady comes back

Worker: Okay, you two can follow me

You: Where are we going?

Worker: Well, your twins are playing with Ryan and Olivia, who are also twins. I'm taking you to see their younger brother, Caleb

Tom: What happened to their parents?

Worker: Unfortunately, their father passes in a car accident, and their mother died shortly after childbirth

You: How old are they?

Worker: Ryan and Olivia are 5 and Caleb is 16 months

Tom: Well, let's meet him

Worker: In here

You and Tom walked up to a crib where Caleb was. The nice lady left you guys alone

You: Tom...

Tom: Yeah darling?

You: I love him already

Tom: But can we do 3?

You: I don't see why not. We can make the guest room one of the twins', Caleb would be in with us for a while, and maybe Harry and Anna could take above the garage

Tom: That could work

You: And we could have Olivia share with Haylee or Ryan with Ryker

Tom: We'll figure that out later. So, can we do this?

You: Absolutely

You picked up Caleb and went looking for your twins

Worker: So, what do you think?

Tom: We love him

Worker: I'm so glad. The others are this way

You follow her down a short hallway

Tom: Hey bubs

You: Hi bubba

Haylee: Hey guys! This is Olivia

Ryker: And this is Ryan

You: Well, it's nice to meet you two

Olivia: Are you spiderman?

Tom: I am, yes

Ryan: That's awesome

Ryker: Who's that mom?

You: Their little brother, Caleb

Ryker: He's adorable

You: What do you guys think?

Haylee: I love them already, but where would they go?

Tom: We were thinking of changing the guest room for either Ryan or Olivia, Caleb can go in with us—

Haylee: I'll share my room

You: Are you sure you're okay with that?

Haylee: Yes

Ryker: I'll share mine too, that way the guest room can be Caleb's nursery

You: I guess that's settled then

Tom: We're going to be a family of 7 now

You: I can't wait

You and Tom leave the twins together and head to the front desk

Worker: How did it go?

You: We would love to have them a part of our family

Worker: That's great to hear! I'll get the paperwork going while I have some people grab all their stuff

Tom: Thank you very much

Everyone was moving around like crazy for about a half-hour while you sat and enjoyed holding a baby again

Worker: Okay, just sign these documents and they're all yours

Haylee: Ready Liv?

Olivia: For what?

Haylee: To be my little sister

Olivia: Really!?

Haylee: Yeah

Olivia: Yay!

She wrapped Haylee in the tightest hug she could

Tom: Okay, let's head home

Ryan: Home?

You: Yeah, bud you'll love it

Ryker: Promise

You got everyone strapped in and you drove home

You: Let's go meet everyone

Tom: Then we'll have some chill time
