A bell sounded, signaling the beginning of lunch.
'Thank fucking god'
You grabbed your too heavy backpack and made your way to the roof. You carried all your belongings in your backpack, just in case you had to run away, or were kicked out again. You hated when it was out of sight. In addition to the minimum amount of stationary supplies, you carried a few pairs of clothes, a baseball hat, the jacket you felt so bare without, a small first aid kit, a toiletry kit, some energy bars, concealer, water, matches, a pocket knife, your wallet, and a old stuffed bunny. You usually only carried the bare minimum to survive, however you could never see yourself parting ways with that old stuffed bunny.
You didn't have enough money for food, so you just sat at the edge of the roof. You were alone up here, and it was far from most of the students. The roaring thoughts of everyone else had slightly subsided. You searched through your back pack and pulled out the first aid kit you carried. You downed the last of the painkillers without even needing water. The pills usually didn't do anything, but they at least gave you a false sense of security.
You practically inhaled an energy bar and half of your water bottle. You were starving, but you hardly noticed it. When you are in a constant state of starvation hunger doesn't really bother you anymore.
Since you had to ration your food out, you just stared at the sky for the rest of the period. You always liked the sky, especially storms.
Eventually another bell rang, signaling the end of lunch. You reluctantly shuffled back into the stuffy classroom, your pounding migraine returning.
Since UA was still technically a high school, after lunch you had your academic classes. You liked math and science the best the history and English were okay but you hated Japanese. Well, English might be your new least favorite subject, not because it was hard, because Present Mic so so loud. You hated excess sound and you immediately cringed at how loud his voice was.
Throughout all your classes you just put your head on your desk and tried to take a nap. You could sense other people's condescending looks on you, but at this point you didn't care. Of course, you never managed to actually fall asleep. At one point, some of your classmates actually thought sleeping was part of your quirk. Occasionally a teacher would call on you to ask you a question, and every time you would answer perfectly.
The entire UA staff only had one though 'Another Shouta.'
