Alexander had a cabinet meeting coming up, so he hadn't been sleeping for the past few nights.
"Alexander, the meeting isn't until tonight, why don't you get some sleep," Eliza suggested.
"I can't. I need to prepare," Alexander insisted.
"Prepare by doing what?" Eliza asked. "You finished your speech, and you aren't expected to have it memorized. Take a break."
"I need to think of how I'll respond to possible arguments," Alexander explained.
"You can't think of every single argument against you, and if you can, you need a better plan. What you can do is get some rest so you're your best self for the meeting," Eliza told him.
"Fine, but I still have to be ready before the meeting starts," Alexander said.
They went back to their bed and took a nap, until hours later when Alexander woke up and looked at the clock.
Alexander shot up, "I'm going to be late for the cabinet meeting!"
This woke up Eliza, "Oh no! Your clothes are over there. Hurry!"
Alexander got ready and rushed out the door. He arrived at the cabinet meeting right before it started.
