Eliza recently realized she was pregnant, and Alexander was feeling worried.

"Alexander, dear, what's wrong? You've been on edge for days," Eliza told him.

"I'm fine, Eliza," Alexander insisted.

"Please, we've been married for years, I can tell when you're worried. Now, please tell me what's wrong," Eliza asked of him.

"Fine. I'm worried about the baby. What if I'm not a good dad? I mean, my dad abandoned me, and my mom's dead. How am I supposed to know how to raise a kid?" Alex told Eliza.

"Alexander, you're going to be a great father. That fact that you're worried about it shows that you care and you're going to try to be different from your parents. And it's not like you're doing this alone. You have me. And my parents, Angelica, and Peggy will all be willing to help too," Eliza told him.

"But what if something happens and I don't know what to do?" Alexander asked.

Eliza laughed, "If you don't know what to do, then we're all doomed. We'll figure this out together. I promise."

Alexander had calmed down. His worries hadn't completely gone away, but he felt better about what the future held.
