A/N sorry about the angst in the last part. I thought that killing characters was fun, but that wasn't fun. Anyway, back to your regular programmed fluff.
Eliza was being Alex a book since his birthday was coming up and he liked to read. She walked through the bookstore, trying to find one that he would like.
And then, she saw a book that looked interesting.
She grabbed it off the shelf, "The Song of Roland," she read out loud.
She read the synopsis and decided that it was something he would like.

A bit late, it was Alex's birthday and Eliza was eager to give him his present.
"Here you go, sweetie," she said, handing him the book wrapped up and with a bow on top.
He opened it, "The Song of Roland. Thanks, Eliza," he said reading the synopsis.
"You're welcome. I knew you liked classics so I figured I would get you one. Anyway, we should get going soon. Angie will kill us if we're late to your party."
