"Megan, come here" Vlakto yelled causing the forward to run to him
"Sue called, (Y/N) had an allergic reaction. Take one of the vans and meet her at the hospital" he said quickly, while handing her a key as Megan was instantly worried, thinking back to when she was younger and hand an allergic reaction
Megan quickly made her way over to her things and started packing
"Everything okay?" Ashlyn asked looking over at her best friend who was quickly throwing things in her bag
"(Y/n) had an allergic reaction and is in the hospital"
"I'm driving you" Ashlyn said quickly packing her things and holding her hand out for the key.
Megan took one look at Ashlyn and knew it would be easier to agree.
They quickly gathered there things before they took of towards the hospital.
The ride was quick but to Megan it felt like it was forever.
As soon as they reached hospital, Megan was out of the car and quickly heading inside.
She headed straight to the front desk, where she ran into sue.
"Have you heard anything?" Megan asked
"No, I'm waiting for the doctor" sue said sharing a nervous look with her girlfriend
"Family of (y/n)" A doctor said causing Megan and sue to rush to the doctor who just walked through the door
"I want to start of by saying (y/n) is stable and is going to okay" the doctor said with a smile causing both women to relax some
"We talked to her about what happens when she chooses to eat what she is allergic to, but I recommend talking to her again about what she can't eat once she has gotten some rest" the doctor said
"Chooses?" Sue asked confused
"She intentionally ate the strawberry. Then admistered her epipen before telling the coaches who called an ambulance" the doctor said
"Can we see her?" Megan asked looking anxious as she met Sue eyes who looked even more worried
"Of course, she is in room 203. A nurse will give you the medication she needs to take for the next week" the doctor said before leaving
"Our kid is ate something she was deadly allergic to. She is 8 years old! She should know what not to eat" Megan exclaimed with worry in her features, causing Sue to pull Megan into a hug.
"But she is okay now" sue whispered, rubbing her back and instantly some of the tension leaving her girlfriend
"Now let's go see our daughter" sue said as they headed to the room their daughter was in
"(Y/n)" Megan said as soon as she saw you laying on the hospital bed with an IV in your arm, causing you to sit up with a guilty smile as she pulled you into a hug
"Hi mama" you said before turning to sue "hi mom"
"What where you thinking? This could have ended way worse" Sue said cupping your cheek gently
"I wanted to know what a real strawberry tasted like" you said innocently
"Your allergic to strawberries" Megan said
"I know mama, but everyone was saying they tasted good. I didn't think it would go this way"
"That you would end up in the hospital?" Megan asked causing you to nod
"What lessons did you learn from this?" Sue asked looking down at you as you took a second to think it over
"The fake flavor taste way better" you said looking looking at you moms causing them to shake their heads at you
"Love, you can't eat things your allergic to. Even if you want to know what they taste like" Megan said gently
"That too" you said "that epipen hurt" you mumbled causing Megan to chuckle and sue to smile as the both looked at with adoration as you looked down your leg as you rubbed it.
You yawned as you looked back up at you moms
"Layback down"sue said, which you listened as you let out another yawn
"Go to sleep" Megan said as she started to run her finger through you hair
Your eyes started to get heavy as you mom grabbed your hand and began to rub her thumb across it
"We will be here when you wake up" sue said
"And all your aunts" ash said entering the room causing you to smile, as she made her way to you and placed a comforting hand in you leg
"Now listen to your moms and go to sleep" she continued
That was enough for you to drift back to sleep, with your moms and aunt by your side
