"Someone is here to see you" Tobin said walking into the room with you in her arms, a sad looking taking over her face as she saw Christen still hadn't moved since she got back from missing the penalty kick last night
Tobin could only hope that their 7 month old could bring her out of her sadness.
Tobin walked forward and placed you on the bed and watched as you crawled forward to Christen, who was still caconoon under the blankets
Christen felt additional weight on the blanket and move it close to her
"Leave me alone" Christen rasped out
"Mama" you said causing Christen to freeze in shock for a second before she pulled the covers from her face
"What is she doing here?" Christen asked supised as she saw her daughter sitting there smiling
"You sister thought it would be a nice surprise" Tobin said with a smile, taking a seat on the bed as Christen pulled you into her, cuddling you into her with a soft smile
Christen looked down at you see you smiling up at her and moving you hands to touch her tear stain face with a confused one
"Mama"
"Mama's okay, just sad" Christen said causing you place a messy kiss on her cheek
"Aren't you a sweet one" Christen said with a smile then placing a kiss to you cheek causing you to giggle
"She gets that from you" Tobin said smiling at there interaction
It was then that Christen smile fell as she looked back up at Tobin
"Im the reason we lost. I let everyone down" Christen said sadly
"You aren't the reason. We all could have played better. I could have scored another, but I didn't. We played as a team and lost as a team. No one person is take more blame then another"
"I let her down" Christen said looking down at baby who was playing with her hood string
"This little girl is going to love you no matter what." Tobin said looking down at their daughter
"Same can be said for me. I'll always love you and be here for you. Nothing will change that" Tobin said cupping Christen cheek as she placed a hand over it before leaning forward to pull Tobin into a sweet kiss.
Only to break apart a few seconds at the sound of their baby
"What?" Tobin joking down to you causing to you to laugh up
"We will always love you too" Tobin said peppering you face with kissing causing Christen to watch fondly as she held their daughter up right as she laughed
"I love you" Christen once Tobin stopped, only causing Tobin to send a doopy smile back, Christen was no longer in a sad mood.
"Why don't we get dress and we can go get brunch?" Tobin asked but only watched as Christen pulled their daughter close to her and stare down at her
"Or we can have a lazy day and order room service" Tobin continued, now moving up to sit next to Christen. Wrapping her arms about both of them
