Alex POV
I was sitting in the locker room just thinking over what happened. She's so grown up from the last picture I've seen of her. I must have been 3-4 years since I've looked at picture of her. Seeing them always made me sad, to think that I put soccer before her, my daughter.
I placed my head in my hands as I took a deep breath, trying to calm down.
"What's going on?" Tobin asked taking a seat next to me placing a hand on my back
I couldn't think of the right thing to say. How am I suppose to tell everyone that was my kid and I just called security on her because I didn't want them to know.
"I messed up" I said as tears started to fall down my face as she pulled me into a hug
I felt some else take a seat next to me and I look over to see Ash seating next to me a concern look
"It has do with the kid doesn't it" ash said looking at me and I nodded
"The kid black mailed you. You had every right to call security. If you feel bad, I'm sure coach had her moms contact info" Allie said taking a seat in front of me
That when Kelley walked in and she looked sad. We made eye contact before she quickly looked away went to her locker.
I told Kelley about her when I was drunk and the guilty of what I did was eating at me since it was her birthday.
I stood up leaving the three other confused as I made my way over to Kelley who looked closed to tears causing me to look at her confused.
"She is having heart surgery" Kelley said in a quiet voice as she finally looked up at me as I stared at her in shock.
That is why she wanted to see me. She wanted to meet incase she never got the chance to.
"The kid? That's must be why she was hooked up to that machine" Lindsey said as realization hit her
"That must be why she risked sneaking in" Emily said before looking over at me "to see you"
I felt my heart clench at that thought and the way I acted. That may be the only time I meet her and I got her tackled by security.
I felt tears well up in my eyes as that thought.
"Alex" I hear Allie said but she was blurry
"She's my kid" I said as I collapsed to the ground in tears, feeling Kelley pull me into her and rub my back
"She's your kid" Allie said in shock as everyone looked at me in shock as I nodded.
"Then why'd you call security on her?" Ali asked
"I panicked. I never thought I would meet her, then she showed up here" I said as more tears fell
"And now I know why she came"
"Do you want to fix it?" Kelley asked looking at me and I just stared at her as I felt everyone looking at me for an answer
"How?"
"Well for starters we find her, then you apologize" Kelley said causing me to nodded as I wiped my eyes
"Let's go see if coach has her mom number" Ash said squeezing my shoulder before we all headed to find coach.

I heard the door ring as I was watching tv
"Can you get that?" My mom asked so I headed to open the door
I opened the door to see Alex standing there with team all spread around the front yard
"No" I said glaring at the women before slamming the door in her face
