Bruce stood patiently waiting outside Diana's apartment door. He was wearing his casual jogging attire with a black shirt and gray jogging pants.

Holding an empty water bottle in his hand, he can't help but shiver at the thought actually coming at her apartment of all places for such a foolish reason.

Apparently, he ran out of water during his daily morning jog and found himself very thirsty on the way back. He could just buy himself new fresh water from the store but he didn't bring any wallet with him.

Luckily, Diana's apartment was near and he had come up with the conclusion that he'd come visit her to ask for a refill. He was skeptical about the idea too on which he considered stupid, but he had no choice left. It was either this or be exhausted from dehydration

Bruce found himself walking back and forth in front of the apartment door. He was too scared on pressing the doorbell to actually let his presence be known to the lady inside, but his anxiety said so otherwise.

Eventually, after a minute of pondering, he finally got the courage to actually press the doorbell. But as he pressed the button, the loud jingle echoed inside. Bruce suddenly felt regret rushing through him.

"I shouldn't have done that! Now what will she think of me actually coming here for such a foolish reason?" he pondered to himself as thoughts of Diana creeped out over his feeble excuse to see her invaded his mind

"Coming!" Diana's voice came echoing outside. Footsteps were now audible to Bruce as he made the most immature thing he could ever do at that moment—

Run away.

Without hesitation, he dashed to the stairs holding his water bottle and literally flew down with a big leap of faith. He ran as fast as he could to avoid being seen by the Amazon Princess

"I'm pretty sure she's enjoying her nice day off, I don't want to ruin it for her" he whispered to himself

On the other hand, Diana opened the door to answer the doorbell only to be met with thin air with no sign of anyone in particular. She stepped outside the glance the surroundings and in the corner of her eye—

She spotted a particular man-child who was playing a prank on her.

Diana immediately knew who this "man-child" was just from the view of his back. A smile then formed unto her lips as her eyes followed him on his escape.

"Two can play that game Bruce." She murmured with a playful smile on her face

Exhausted, Bruce decided to rest under the shade of an oak tree. He was definitely worn out and thirsty after those long hours of jogging without replenishing with water.

"What was I thinking going on a jogging without carrying any wallet or cell phone. I should saw this coming but I was too excited on passing by her—"

All of a sudden, a gust of wind brushed through his back as his face grew worried in an instant. He knew what the sensation with the wind pressure was and it could only be...

"You were too excited on passing by what, Bruce?"

He slowly turned around to see the wonderful Amazon princess in her nice white sleeveless top alongside with the tight shorts that was showing off her wonderfully toned legs.

"I- uhh..."

Bruce tried to come up with all possible excuses to use in the situation but the mesmerizing lady in front was distracting him to think cognitively.
