Diana's First Valentine

It's Valentine's Day

Everyone on the watchtower was having the time of their lives with such a day that only comes once a year

Except for one certain Amazon who has no date for the occasion

It's not like she's planning on it anyways, she's had no interest in men ever since

And it continues on every Valentine's Day

She's gonna spend the same usual Valentine's day without a date or someone to be with

Or at least that was what's supposed to happened

"Wondy"

Diana turned around to see a certain Scarlet Speedster carrying a bouquet of roses and chocolates

"Will you be my..."

"Nope." Diana turned down flatly

"But you didn't even hear the whole thing!"

"Still, the answer is no" Diana responded as she breathes out a sigh

"Wallyyy, I thought we talked about this. Nothing could ever happen to us because I am not interested"

"Well, goodluck explaining that to them then.."

Flash took a step aside revealing a long line of men holding what seemed like boxes of chocolates and flowers

Booster Gold was next on the line; he was combing his golden hair with a big smile on his face

Diana sighed to herself upon seeing such travesty

"When will they ever learn" she thought to herself while caressing her eyebrows

When suddenly an announcement from the Watchtower took her attention

"Wonder Woman, come to the conference room immediately" Superman's voice lingering on the halls

Diana then bid her long line of suitors' goodbye with a frown on their faces

"This happens every year, dammit" Booster Gold grunted while walking away in such a pathetic fashion

"Superman, what's the status?"

Diana asked, she hurried to the place where Superman had designated her to be and he was there typing what seemed like coordinates

"A situation on Gotham City, Cheetah and a new tyrant named Bane spotted at a Carnival downtown"

Superman typed a key on the keyboard which showed a holographic visual of what's happening

"Your mission is to infiltrate them and put a stop to their menace, especially at Valentine's Day"

Diana nodded.

She wasted no time and went to the teleporter that will take her to Gotham, but as she was about to press the keys..

"So umm Diana..." Superman hesitantly uttered

"Maybe after this we can go to Metropolis and..."

"Kent, not you too." She interrupted abruptly

"I thought so." Superman whispered to himself

"Good luck out there"

"I will." Diana responded as she was teleported to her destination

Upon Diana's departure, Superman sat on his chair with a devastated look on his face. He gathered up all his courage just to be turned down like that
