It was their fifth day in Baltimore. Stella was with Alex and Lisa. He was planning to propose to Lisa this year. Maybe he'll do it now that he's babysitting Stella?

Sunday was at Rockville Town Square. She passed by Kyoto Matcha and bought some cake for Stella.

Seeing that she has nothing to do, she decided to go to Bar Louie and invited Jack and Rian. Sunday ordered some beef sliders, chicken street tacos, and one cherry bombay for herself.

She sat on the corner, waiting for the two boys to arrive. She drank her martini with thoughts running in her head.

Five minutes later, the two boys arrived. They walked to Sunday's direction and hugged her.

"I have not seen you for days, Sunday. Are you hiding from us?" Jack asked.

Rian laughs. "Ask her what's wrong, Jack."

Sunday smiled. "There's nothing wrong, Jack. I was just tired."

Rian hummed. "Come on, Sunday. Jack and I know. Alex is the only one who's oblivious here. You're uncomfortable with the fact that Zack has a girlfriend, and you've been avoiding us because of that."

Sunday thought there's no more time for denying what truly her feelings are.

"Sure. You're right. I'm just worried about the kid, guys. I don't want her to think that she has a broken family." Sunday explained. "Or that why her dad has a new woman when I am her mother."

Jack sighed. "It is not broken, Sunday. It just happens to be that you and Zack are not together. And so, it happened. The kid will eventually understand that."

"Jack is right." Rian added. "I know it will be weird for her. I mean, no one wanted this, but, you know, it happened. I hope you get my point."

"Yeah. Let's just say that you two fucked on a drunken night and you got pregnant." Jack and Rian laughed. Sunday glared at them.

The two cleared their throats before Jack questions Stella. "Have you talked to Zack about this?" He then fished his phone from his pocket to check the time.

Sunday nodded her head. "Yes. I don't know. I can't even explain it myself."

"Have you possibly, erm, did you developed some romantic feelings for Zack?" Rian faced Sunday with seriousness. Sunday's eyes softened and became watery.

"I think I have. I don't know."

Rian's lips formed into a small, knowing smile. "I figured."

Jack's breath hitched. "Awww. Sunday." He then immediately hugged her. "It's okay, bub."

Sunday let out a forced laugh. "Jack. Of course, it is okay. Never mind that. I guess it just happened because we have a child together. A-And I expect him to be there for the kid and the like. You know? This will pass."

But deep inside, she knows she's lying. She fell in love with Zack when she saw his vulnerabilities when his grandmother died.

Out of the blue, someone approached the group that made their throats become instantly dry.

"Hey. Why didn't anyone invite me?" Zack asked.

Everyone jumped and turned their heads to the back where Zack was standing with a big curious smile.

"Uh. Have you, uh, how long have you been there?" Sunday stuttered. She was shaking.

Zack shrugged. "I just got here. Why?"

"N-nothing. Stella's at Alex's right now. He said he wanted to babysit her before we left. We're leaving in two days, by the way. He just wanted to spend time with the kid." Sunday laughed uncomfortably. Zack cocked an eyebrow as he took a seat beside Rian.

"Why are you all so quiet? And you all seemed lost?" Zack eyed them suspiciously. "Were you talking about me?"

Jack then let out a loud, forced laugh. "What? Why would we even talk about you? You're not Taylor Swift. You don't sing Out of the Woods."

"Yeah, right. Jack's right. Who are you, anyway? Do you sing that song? Out of the-- what was that?" Rian said at a very fast pace.

"Woods. Rian. You never get it right."

Zack squinted his eyes at them and stood up. "I'm just going to order."

"Yeah. Okay."

"Alright."

"The bill's on me, Zack."
