It was the day of the play and for three days, the boys have not seen or met with Sunday. They tried to come to her but the auditorium is always close for outsiders. You can only come in when you're a staff, performer, or a member of the behind the scenes.

The boys bought tickets yesterday. Alex's parents and Lisa can't come, though. It's such a shame they can't see the directing skills of Sunday.

"I'm sorry, Alex. I have to accompany your father tomorrow. He's going away to Rhode Island and you know how his health is." Isobel explained.

Alex nodded. "It's okay, mum. We can go by ourselves."

"But buy tickets for us, okay? Here's the money. And by the way, hasn't Lisa told you they're going away to Vermont? Said her parents' marriage counseling is located there and she's making sure they're not going to kill each other." She asked as she packed her bags for tomorrow's departure.

"Of course, mum. She's my girlfriend." Alex said in a duh tone.

Isobel giggled and continued folding shirts and placing them inside her suitcase.

"Dude, where are you? We're outside the auditorium. The show is going to play in 5." Rian was on the phone with Jack.

"I'm coming. I just had to run some errands. I'm already outside. See you in three." Jack explained.

Three minutes passed and still, Jack was nowhere in sight. "Where the hell is that moron?" Zack complained.

"The show is about to start, by the way." Rian said. "The intro music just started playing."

"I still don't understand why Jack has the tickets. Why did we even let him keep it?" Alex threw his hands on the air.

"I'm here! I'm here!" Someone shouted from the distance. They all looked to their right and there was Jack.

Alex scrunched his nose. "Why are you late?"

"I forgot the tickets at home. Had to go back and get them." Jack reasoned as he held his knees and took long, deep breaths.

After a minute, he reached out on his back pocket and gave them their pass. Zack took his first and went to the usher. The three followed.

They are seated in the middle. The show is now at the part where the orphan's father dropped his lit cigarette on the floor and fire started emerging.

The orphan, Rosei, and her mum were sleeping and woke up a minute later from the smoke. Her mother lead her outside of their home as she goes back inside to save the drunk father.

"You stay here. I'll come back to save your dad. He doesn't even know the house is on fire." her mum cried.

"Ma! No! Can't you see it's too dangerous?"

"Rosei, she's my husband. Now, find some help." her mum smiled at her before going in.

Their neighbours tried to help, but it was too late. One neighbour apologized to Rosei and went home. She was all alone on the street and a police officer came.

"Girl. What happened here?" says the police.

A crying Rosei answered, "our house burned down. I have no home. I lost my mum and dad."

Saddened by the news, the police officer went to her and held out his hand. "I know you are in a state of panic right now. Come with me. Let's go to my house. You'll be safe and warm there. We'll deal with what happened tomorrow."

"Man, this is good. Sunday really did a good job on directing this." Zack praised.

"I know right." Rian added.

The play lasted for two hours. It was a success, might I say. They were already introducing the casts and the production team. The director was the last to be called. Sunday came to the stage with a wide smile on her face. She thanked everyone and wished them all goodnight.

"Should we see her?" Rian asked.

"I don't know, man. I mean, she's been avoiding us." Alex answered.

"Well, that was before the play. Now, it's all done. Maybe she now has time for us?" Jack said.

Zack sighed."Come on. Let's find her."

The boys came forward to where the production team was cleaning the stage.

Jack saw Diana and called her over. "Hey. Have you seen Sunday?"

"I'm sorry. I haven't. Try asking Monica." She answered as she pulled the electric fan from the plug.

Rian then looked for Monica. He found her on the stage sweeping. "Hey, Monica. Have you seen Sunday? Or do you have any idea where she is?"

Monica shook her head. "I am sorry, Rian. She told us yesterday that after the play, she'll be gone. I don't even know where she's off to. She doesn't even wanna tell."
