The next day they woke up, Lisa was at the kitchen cooking breakfast with Isobel. They were home early because they know the kids will probably be too wasted to do things. Lisa wasn't there yesterday because she just got home from vacation.

"How was Maldives?" Isobel asked as she fried the eggs. She cooked them in scrambled. Lisa set some plates on the table and answered. "It was cool. Didn't really enjoyed it because my parents fought. That's why I was so excited to be home and come here directly."

"Hmmm. Fights do happen. A marriage wouldn't be happy if there are no fights. I mean, before our anniversary, Peter and I were fighting about where to move next when Alex graduates to college." Isobel smiled and turns off the stove. She placed the scrambled egg a on plate and set it on the table.

Sunday came inside the kitchen and greeted the both of them. "Good morning. Good morning, Lisa. It sucked you weren't here with us yesterday."

"Hi, Sunday. Well, I did not really enjoyed Maldives, so, it does sucks." Sunday smiled at her, sleepily, and then proceeded to the washroom.

The boys all gathered inside the dining room and took their seat on the chairs. Alex kissed his girlfriend and sat beside her. Peter was nowhere in sight as work called him early.

Sunday took a sit beside Jack and complained how his breath stinks. He was the last to get up and was too lazy to go to the washroom.

"Seriously. You're already 22 and still, you don't have good hygiene. I bet you don't know what hygiene means." Sunday flipped her hair and covered her nose.

"I love me and I love myself." Jack quoted. "Give me a break, Sunday. We all just woke up. I don't have time for your morning banters." Jack yawned.

"Well," Rian butted in. "She's right."

Jack frowned at him. "You know, Rian. You always do this. You always choose her side."

"Well, she is our friend." Alex snickered, the two agreed.

"Not a just a friend, Jack. Your best friend." Sunday sends Jack a flying kiss. Jack swatted it away and drank his coffee.

They all then ate their breakfast. Zack complained how Alex lied on his arm the whole night and how it was still numb and in pain.

"Well, I bought gifts for everyone!" Lisa opened up and took a plastic bag out of her bag.

Everyone stopped with their actions and watched Lisa. She bought some keychain for the seven and an I Love Maldives shirt for Alex.

After they thanked Lisa, Sunday told her about the play she will be directing in the next two weeks. She invited her and she happily agreed.

The four boys know how good of a director Sunday is. She have always talked about how she wants to direct plays.

Not a minute later, Zack's phone rang. It was his mother. He was being called home immediately because something urgent happened.

With an unfinished plate, he stood up with watery eyes. "Man, I've got to go."

"Zack, what is it?" Isobel asked. "You don't look okay." They all looked at him with worry.

"Erm. I-I, my mum needs me. Something happened. Uh. Thanks for the breakfast, Iso. I'll talk to you all soon." He then ran out of the house leaving everyone hanging.

Sunday blinked. "What just happened?"

"I guess we just have to wait." Lisa said.

It was about seven in the evening when Zack came crashing at Rian's house, drunk. Tears were falling from his eyes nonstop.

"Man, what's up?" Rian panicked.

"Hey. Muh-my grandmother died." Zack cried.

Rian immediately pulled Zack inside his home. He guided him to the couch and made him sit down. "Do you want something to drink?"

"Can I have some water?" Zack slurred. Rian nodded his head and went to fetch some water in the kitchen.

"You stay here, man. I'm just gonna call Alex."

Leaving Zack crying on the couch, Rian ran to his bedroom and grabbed his phone. He dialed Alex's number and told him the what happened.

"I'm gonna call Sunday and Jack. I'll fetch them on the way. Just, just look after Zack for the meantime." Alex said.

"Okay. Bye."

"Bye."

Sunday just finished showering when her phone rang. Just with a towel, she answered it.

"Alex. What's up? I'm naked." She rolled her eyes.

"I'm on my way. Meet you at like 10. Bye."

"W-what? Alex! What's going on?" But before she can continue asking, Alex ended the call. He needs to call Jack next.

Sunday was confused, but by Alex's tone, she knew something terrible happened. She hurriedly wore a shirt and some sweats.

Jack, who was lying on his bed and texting some girl, was having a good time. But then Alex called, ruining his mood.

He sighed. "Yep? What's up?"

"I'll be there at like 15 or 20. Just get ready. Bye."

"What?"

Even if his mind was clouded with questions, he got up and went downstairs. After bidding goodbye to his parents, he waited outside.

A few minutes later, Alex arrived with Sunday seating shotgun. Alex hasn't told Sunday, yet. So, she's still confused as Jack is.

Alex parked the car and Jack went inside. "So, what's the trouble?"

"Yeah. I just got out of the shower earlier." Sunday said.

Alex inhaled. "Rian called me and Zack is with him, drunk. Apparently, his grandmother died. So, we need to be there and comfort the sucker."

Jack and Sunday's eyes became big. Sunday gasped and took out her phone. She was going to inform her mum that she can't go home later because there's a problem.

"So, what are you waiting for, man? Drive. Get there now." Jack panicked.

"Poor Zack." Sunday pouted. "I think I am going to cry."

"You always cry, Sunday. You're the emotional one in the group." Alex smiled as he starts up the car.
