The tall ace and small girl walked to his dorm. They decided to chill out and watch a movie. Michiko stood in the middle of the room not knowing where to go.
"Do you want to watch it on the floor?" She asked curiously.
"That would be disgusting. If we're watching it anywhere, we'll be sitting on my bed," Sakusa said while taking his mask off.
"Are you sure you want me on your bed?"
Of course, I do. "My bed is more comfortable than the floor," he deadpanned.
"Ok."
Michiko and Sakusa sat down on his bed. He pulled his laptop out and put on Shark Tales. They settled in and pulled a blanket over themselves. Sakusa leaned back against the wall as Michiko slouched, their necks slightly straining to look down at the laptop.
Suddenly, Michiko felt an arm slither around her waist and was pulled down. Sakusa had his left arm on her waist as he held her against his chest. Luckily, he couldn't see her flustered face. Michiko tried to breathe properly; she was sure that he could feel her heart beating fast against his side. She snaked her arms around Sakusa's waist, he stiffened slightly.
"Is this ok for you Sakusa?" Michiko asked with a blush, eyes still on the screen.
"Anything is ok when it comes to you," he answered looking down at her with soft eyes.
Michiko blushed even more. Sakusa became less tense as he adjusted to her touch. Michiko couldn't see his face, but it was just as red as hers. Although the two were relaxing with each other, they couldn't help but feel butterflies in their stomachs. Michiko snuggled into Sakusa's chest as he held her closer. Her eyes started to become heavy and she eventually succumbed to a deep sleep. Sakusa noticed that she suddenly became heavy.
"Oi, Shortie," he called out.
He felt Michiko's breathing slow as he looked down at her face. She was fast asleep. Sakusa gave out a small sigh, he shut his laptop and put it on his end table. He slowly laid down not wanting to wake up Michiko. The tall ace hugged the small girl with both of his arms. He stared up at the ceiling. What a time to be alive.
Sakusa looked at the sleeping girl on his chest. His right hand subconsciously brushed some hair out of her face and tucked it behind her ear. In his eyes, Michiko was the embodiment of the word immaculate. No physical, emotional, or mental flaw of hers could hinder his perspective of the small girl.
"You don't know what you do to me," he looked back up to the ceiling.
"Ever since I met you that day, I couldn't stop thinking about you. And when you told me you were leaving for Hyōgō I felt bothered. I don't know why I did, but the thought of never seeing you again made me unhappy."
The curly-headed boy ranted to the sleeping girl.
"So, when you came back to Itachiyama, it made me realize how much I missed you even though I barely knew you at the time. But now that I've gotten to know you, you were everything I dreamed you would be."
