It took everything in Jimin's will not to start crying, a small whimper leaving his lips, as he quickly wiped away the first few tears that had escaped.

He yanked the mask away, feeling it suffocate him as he tried to control his erratic breathing.

Although he knew he shouldn't feel this way, something in his mind made him feel ashamed of what happened. Joo-Hee had mocked him with the intent to hurt, and in some way, she had succeeded. He was embarrassed by how affected he felt by her words. He honestly started to doubt himself.

What if she was right?

All he'd ever been was a good student, a friendly face, and in the end, he'd given his heart and soul to a guy who couldn't even return it.

It hurt because deep down he knew he loved Yoongi, and they'd created a baby together out of that love, but anyone on the outside would only see a stupid teenager who seemed to have ruined his future by having a child way too young.

He realized he couldn't hold back anymore, and started to cry openly and freely, rubbing his eyes raw as he walked.

Nearing his building, he clutched the small bag of clothes he'd managed to buy before storming out. Walking faster, he hoped to rush into his apartment and throw himself in bed.

Of course, things really didn't seem to be in Jimin's favor, as he sniffled waiting for the elevator to open on his floor, because sitting on the ground in front of his door was none other than freaking Min Yoongi.

Upon hearing the sniffles, the older turned to see Jimin wiping his nose with the back of his sleeve, as he kept his head low. He was hoping Yoongi wouldn't see his red, blotchy face and tears.

The older quickly stood up, opening his mouth to say something, before he snapped it shut. His head tilted a little to the side, eyebrows furrowed as he took in Jimin's disheveled appearance.

"What happened?"

Jimin ignored him, hoping that if he didn't answer, Yoongi would just leave him alone.

With shaky hands, he searched his bag for his keys, before fumbling to try and open the door.

Yoongi let the small boy struggle for a few moments before sighing and placing his hands over Jimin's. The boy tensed, stopping all movement, letting Yoongi take the keys and open the door.

It was so strange.

Although infuriating, Yoongi's presence also helped Jimin calm down. Without as much as a thank you, he rushed into the apartment, waiting for Yoongi to step in before slamming the door shut behind him.

"Jimin, talk to me. What happened?"

The younger chose to ignore him once again, huffing as he dropped his bags on the floor, before rushing to the couch. He turned, facing the older who had a look of concern on his face.

Jimin could only imagine what his own face looked like. Irritated, blotchy, puffy around the eyes, swimming in tears, red nose...his hands were clenched so tightly, his knuckles turned white. He was also no doubt shaking pretty badly.

Yoongi's face softened, shoulders slumping, as he walked close to the younger.

Jimin stiffened, as arms wrapped around him, and he started to fight a little before all the air just rushed out of his lungs.

He let out a loud sob, wrapping his own arms around Yoongi's waist, and burying his head in his chest as he cried.

Yoongi rubbed his hands up and down the boy's back, and it was nice to just receive some kind of comfort, albeit, a little strange knowing that there was no loving intent behind this hug, just a friendly gesture.
