The car ride was relatively quiet as Jimin marveled at the outside world for the first time in basically months.

Yoongi still refused to tell the younger where they were going, but in all honesty, Jimin could care less.

He was just happy to be outside and spending time with the older man.

Jimin was glad that they'd gotten the last two months to reconnect. They'd been able to do a lot of communicating and re-learning what it was like to be with one another, and the younger was glad for the stability in their relationship.

Their whirlwind romance over the summer had been amazing and fun, but Jimin found that taking things slow and steady was just as rewarding.

He wanted to get to know all the little things that made Yoongi, Yoongi.

All his habits, the good and the bad. It was fun and exciting, uncovering something new about the older boy every day.

Jimin was happy to have a second chance.

The boy looked around in confusion, noticing that Yoongi was driving onto a dirt road, leading its way to what looked like the forest.

The brown haired boy furrowed his eyebrows, hand rubbing over his stomach subconsciously.

"You aren't planning to take me to the middle of the woods and kill me, are you, Yoongs?"

Yoongi chuckled, making a turn.

"You caught me. We're in the middle of nowhere. They'll never suspect a thing..."

Jimin's eyes widened, as he glared at the older man, smacking his arm.

"Relax, Jiminie. You're really going to love this place, I just know it."

The younger simply huffed, as they took another turn, opening the path into a parking lot.

Oh.

It must've been a hiking trail or a park.

Yoongi drove around for a few minutes, trying to find an open spot before he was lucky enough to snag one close to the entrance of what looked like a path.

Soon the engine was turned off, and they were hopping out of the car, Yoongi holding out his hand for the younger to take.

Jimin gave them both a once-over, just to make sure Yoongi's disguise was solid before he let the older man pull him towards the trail.

Although there were a few families, couples, and random people milling around, the place was relatively quiet. It was nice to be able to enjoy the fresh air, without the bustling noise of the city everywhere.

The two slowly made their way down the shaded path, Jimin clinging onto Yoongi's right arm as he listened to the older man talk about upcoming projects for the band. He hummed every so often in response, just happy to be an ear, taking in the scenery around him.

They walked down the trail for a while, the people becoming fewer and less frequent the further they got.

"We're almost there," Yoongi explained, Jimin's eyebrows scrunching in curiosity.

"Almost where?" he asked, the black haired man only offering him a smile.

He pulled his arm away from Jimin's grasp, before grabbing his hand and lacing their fingers together. His other hand pointed towards a little path on the right that branched off the main road.

"There. Come on," Yoongi replied, lightly pulling Jimin along.

This path was a lot more narrow, and they had to step around the foliage every once in a while, Yoongi even held back a few branches so they wouldn't smack Jimin in the face.
