Chapter 3

Hazel's pov
After Dally came out and hugged everyone i made eye contact with a very handsome boy. he looked about my age and gave me a soft smile. The boy Sodapop introduced us to everyone in the room. "this is Ponyboy my kid brother. he is 14" Sodapop said about the boy i thought was cute. "This is Steve my best friend 17. this is Darry my older brother he is 20. Two-bit he's 18. and finally Johnny who's 16!" he said smiling "Hi it's nice to meet you" Ponyboy came up to me and said. "You too! i'm also 14" I said smiling and probably blushing. "i'm sure we will be good friends" he said slightly laughing "I'm sure we will" i smiled

Dally's pov

i couldn't believe my eyes. How were all my sisters here? i had so many questions. "how are you guys here? are you staying? is something wrong?" K asked very fast. "First of all we drove. Second yes we are. Third yea mom and dad died." emma said emotionless towards the last part.

"oh" i said "about time anyway" I chuckled. "you can say that again" emma said high fiving me. "How could you even say that Dal?" I hear Hazel say softly. "oh haz i'm sorry i didn't" she cut me off "it's fine i know mom and dad were awful towards you two" Hazel sadly said "yea but I know you loved them i'm sorry haz" I said hugging her. "it's ok" she said.

Sodapops pov

Emma said her parents died, she and Dally high fived. I was very confused. after Hazel and Dally hugged I had to ask. "exactly how do you all know each other?" I asked sincerely. "oh sorry Amber is my older sister, Emma is my twin, and Hazel is my kid sister" Dally said. "oh so this is the Emma you always talk about" I said laughing. "aww ol' Dal talks about me? so cute" Emma said chuckling. "shut it. you ratted me out Soda!" Dally said. "sorry Dal" I said still laughing.

Emma's pov

"so where are you staying" Dally asked. "we haven't figured that out yet we want to buy a house because we just sold mom and dads and can use that money but i need a job and stuff first to pay bills" Amber said. "I see" Dally said thinking. "well I can have one of you stay with me at bucks til we figure things out but I can only fit one" Dal said.

"Two of you can stay here!" Darry said kindly smiling. "you sure Dar?" Dally asked "of course Dal they're your family which makes them ours now too" darry said "wow thank you really" I said "anytime" he replied. "well why don't Hazel and Emma stay here and Amber can stay with me since it's a bar and all" he laughed. "i'm not 14 anymore Dallas we're twins remember?" i said.

"Yeah yeah but your still my little sister." he said. "i'm 3 minutes older than you" I said hitting him on the head. Everyone started laughing. "he said he was 3 minutes older!" Sodapop said on the ground laughing. "yea well he's a dirty liar man" I said chuckling.

"oh no don't tell me your obsessed with saying man too" Two-Bit I think was his name said. "what do you mean too? does Dally still say that?" K asked giggling. "yes" everyone said laughing.
After about 5 hours of talking and having snacks amber and dally left to bucks. "where am I sleeping" I asked darry
"Soda! Pony!" he yelled. they came running. "Yeah?" they both said. "Soda, Emma is gonna sleep in your room with you and Hazel is gonna sleep in your room Pony" Darry said "okay" they both said. "goodnight Haz love you. if you need anything come get me savvy?" i said "okay goodnight Mae love you" she said

Hazels pov

"follow me" Ponyboy said smiling. We walked down the hall and turned to the right at the last room. It was not huge but it was big enough for both of us. "I'll sleep on the couch by my closet and you can have my bed" Ponyboy said "no!" I said not realizing how quickly i said it. "Uhm well do you want the couch" he asked confused. "Sorry I just uhm this might sound weird because we just met but could we both sleep in the bed? it helps me not have nightmares when someone is near me" I said looking at the floor awkwardly. "Oh yeah of course I had nightmares when my parents died too so i get it" he said smiling "Thank you" I said. He just smiled and we went to sleep.

Emma's pov

Sodapop took my hand and led me to his room. "I hope it isn't weird we have to share a bed since we just met" he chuckled. "Hah it's okay with me as long as you don't sleep naked" I laughed. He chuckled and took my bag and set it in his closet. "Thanks Sodapop" I said "You're welcome, and you can call me Soda" he smiled. "goodnight Soda" I said getting in the bed after I had changed. "Goodnight Emma" he said.
